We had RDH plumbing do the build out on our cafe on Williamson St. and struggled to keep them to their original timeline. The work seemed to start and stop rapidly, with the plumbers leaving projects incomplete for days and sometimes weeks on end. Communication with the office and plumbing staff is difficult - I had the experience for leaving multiple messages with the office staff over a number of days without a returned call. Since the work was completes we've had a few problems with the plumbing, such as our open site drying up and letting sewer gas into the building, as well as the bathroom sink pulling away from the wall. We chose RHD plumbing based on their reasonable estimate and timeline. Unfortunately they only kept to the cost estimate, and delays in plumbing finish work as well as poor quality of work left us very disappointed.
