Do NOT use Avid.  We had drain issue. They sent a guy who got plumbers glue all over the bottom of our cabinet which totally ate away at it and destroyed it. We pointed it out and sent them pictures. We asked them to correct the issue and they gave us a run around. Not only did he ruin the cabinet but he screwed up the piping even more.

First problem was a water heater that was leaking severely, came same day and got it all changed out.  Repairmen were very polite, quick in and out without a mess.  Just called again for a toilet replacement.  Brain is so nice on the phone.  Thank you guys SO much for great service

Great experience with Avid! Guys were super nice, knowledgeable and did my job for half the cost and time another plumber had quoted!

Excellent service. Very fast and professional. Rob ran into some problems in our 112 year home and worked around it to get the task at hand taken care of. Will use again and again!

Avid's Master Plumber Eric knows his stuff. His team replaced the water heater and laundry tub faucet and ran a gas line for a kitchen range. The work took half the time I expected it to take and it cost 20% less than I expected it to pay. And they left the job site cleaner than they found it. Eric made a loyal customer out of me.
