Bad experience with vaccines. Careless and inexperienced pharmacist.nnI went today to get my flu and COVID shot and the woman who was going to administer the shot was extremely clueless about working in a pharmacy and didn't know how to do anything without asking for help. It came time for my shot and she disinfected my shoulder before spending a long time preparing the shot. Once I got the first shot I felt a lot of blood come down my arm and she wiped it quickly but some got on my shirt. She then proceeded to blame my shirt for being too tight which it wasn't. She told me to take off my shirt and I said o wasn't comfortable and would come back another day. She insisted I stay and suggested a private room so I followed her. It was a small dirty room with no privacy when the door was opened. Then I finally told her I wasn't interested in getting the shot today. She was annoyed but then left me in the room. I could hear the other pharmacists gossiping about me and the other patients staring so finally I just walked out. Don't come here for anything pharmacy related.

When asked, the pharmacist refused to give out an Sharp object container for my diabetic wife. They told her that she needs to have her prescription with them. Every other pharmacy would give it out in an instant. How greedy do you have to be to have a policy like this. Unfathomable.

I went to buy some cosmetics on sale. There were lots of items that were marked for sale, however apart from one all were regular items. Great way to ask customers to pay more for items shown with a different price.nWould not recommend store to anyone.

I was in the store today looking at Perfume and Liam came right over to offer help. The store is clean, well organized, great cosmetics section and helpful staff.

I left shoppers drug stores, the service I got was amazing compared to nothing as shoppers gave me. Personal care and attention to detail, Rexall provided, amazing. I'm a manager that knows service but caring is different. Thank you and the team there at this location.
