They have a drive up window and you can drop and pick up there and I am handicapped it is a great feature

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

WHEN ASKED UPON REFUND TO PROCESS MY AIR MILES 

CLERK ID - 49092 HER RESPONSE WAS RUDE ABND UNPROFESSIONAL " I ALREADY ASKED YOU FOR IT ... YOUR IN YOUR OWN LITTLE WORLD" AND SHE BEGAN WAVING HER ARMS IN THE AIR AS SHE SPOKE AGGRESSIVELY SHE IS A LIAR I WAS WAITING TO BE ASKED FOR MY POINTS BEING AN COLLECTOR

THEN WHEN I TOLD HER I DONT RECALL HER MENTIONING IT SHE CONTRONDICTS HERSELF AND SKILLS AND MANY YEARS OF TRAINING BY RESPONDING YOU DONT QUALIFY FOR AIR MILES.. OBVIOUSLY SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE HER JOB AND SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I COULD FELL THE TENSE IN THE AIR AS SOON AS I ENTERED [BEGING ALREADY PROMPTED BY A CO-WORK AABOUT THHEIR RUDE HIRES] THE REXALL AS THEY STRUGGLE TO MEET BUDGET AND LABOUR QUOTAS I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSY ELSEWHERE.. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO COOPERATIONS THAT FUND LABOR FOR STUDENT THAT A YOUNG PROFESSIONAL AND ENTHUSASTIC ABOUT THE MONEY THEY EARN
