Great staff, helpful knowledgable, and cashiers could be faster, but they mainly are bunch of old women, so I'm guessing they're trying to keep a roof on top of their heads, so I advise you to avoid rush hours... 
But the rest of staff have to put up with all the shoplifters I have seen them multiple times as I'm a regular customer, and crazy Dundas square junkies. I see the staff sometimes rustling and arguing with those shoplifters to get back what stolen. Company should invest in 2 dollar security guards to scare the shoplifter junkies and drug addicts and the rest of shoplifters.The rest of us normal people, who don't steal have to pay extra for those petty thieves, which I think the reason why these drug stores are expensive.
Instead of investing in 40k a year rather make the consumer pay 40k and put the staff at risk.

My experience here was phenomenal. From cashier to pharmacy everyone acted professional!!!! I would go to this location not just because it’s convenient for me but also because of the staff!!! Especially their new management inside the store! I can tell the difference between now and then! TWO THUMBS UP keep up the good work!

This is one of the smaller locations. I come here for 90% of my prescriptions which typically take 20 mins to fill (but today it only took 5 mins!). They have all the same items as other locations but in smaller quantities.

They have a good selection of health and beauty products but, the line for the check out is horrific. You can wait for up to 30 minutes and still cannot figure out where the line starts. The staff are not very helpful.
