Good luck trying to call the pharmacy for any reason. Better clear your afternoon schedule ahead of time if you need to reach them. I've waited up to an hour on the phone while trying to get ahold of a pharmacist. They will either keep you on hold indefinitely or pull the old answer, then "accidentally" hang up on you trick. Atrocious customer service. I will head to the Shoppers Drug Mart across the street from now on (a much bigger, brighter and friendlier store).

The pharmacist is weird and impolite. I brought my kid for flu shot and we were the only one in the clinic, unfortunately , the pharmacist just keep us waiting. I feel annoyance after 25 minute and asked the pharmacist how much longer we need to wait. He stated that “he needed to serve another customer first”. Finally we left as I didn’t know how many customers he need to serve before he do the flu shot. Terrible service, not recommend.

The two stars are for a lady that is always so nice, working there on weekends. Most of the other people are miserable/rude. Pick up time for medication is absurd and pharmacist very weird.

In the pharmacy, great staff but way too busy. Not sure why they won't hire more help. I often have to wait extended periods for my prescriptions. [Even when I have called ahead or they have called me to say it's ready] Seriously looking at your competitors.

Disorganized pharmacy staff. Sluggish cashiers. Go elsewhere.
