My stay at the Residence was in a suite. It was extremely delightful. Very spacious and everything was operational. It was clean and well kept. The curtains in the bedroom however only had a small shading panel woven in. If you like complete darkness this did not help. The front desk was very cheerful, well mannered and concerned for a good customer experience. Complaints - The breakfast provided was adequate and tasteful, however they started to clear things up 20 minutes to ten. This was annoying since things like hot sauce / ketchup were put away well before the end which was 10 am. I would have preferred also if breakfast on the Sunday went to 11. It was not a business hotel on weekends. Also just as an fyi, there are no guards or personnel in the underground parking. Many ignorant people taking up two spots, improperly parked etc so finding a place and parking required some skill. Overall, I would return to this hotel.

The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel; I felt as though I could live in the room. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Generally a very pleasant stay while I was doing my radiation treatments at Victoria Hospital and they had a shuttle bus every half hour going to the hospital and a shuttle back to the hotel

A great price for an awesome room. I have stayed here many times before. Parking is onsite and there are some great restaurants a short walk away. We stayed overnight as we attended a concert, which we are able to walk to.

Great hotel, right in the downtown core area. Really felt as if you are at home with small kitchens available in each room. Stayed there for 5 days and will do more later because of work in the area. Great options in breakfast. Having no pool, a really boring collection of TV channels and paid parking made me give them 4 out 5. Parking is $15 extra. If you are stuck inside your room with little to choose channels from then you will be really bored out of your mind and not having a pool to relax doesn't help either. Otherwise good experience overall.

The room was big and allowed for our party of four to feel comfortable with our own space all the while enjoying each other's company in the eating area. The kitchenette was an added bonus. The breakfast was fantastic and since we stayed for 2 nights there was also variety from one day to another. It was the first time I have seen individual Nutella packages available. The location was great. The only down side was the construction in the front of the building!
