This hotel was great looking and clean. Service was fast and friendly. It was located across from an indoor market which was nice. The mattress could have been a bit softer but that's personal taste.

During my visit to London my girlfriend and I spent two nights at the Hotel Metro. The hotel has a great location right in the heart of the historic downtown area and it was easy to reach everywhere nearby on foot. The parking is also pretty easy with free parking available on weekends and after 6PM with a covered parking garage right across the street if you need to park during the day. The check-in process was straightforward and I loved the boutique design of the lobby where they had infused water, apples, and free coffee and tea if you wanted any. We had a loft room on the top floor of the hotel and it was very spacious with a beautiful view of downtown London. I really loved the large bathtub and stand up shower along with all of the different amenities like robes and slippers that the hotel provided. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and overall we had a great time during our stay. One thing I want to mention is that I believe that the hotel should include parking in the nightly rate as it can be kind of a hassle to figure out parking if you're not used to one of my streets or if you want to take your car out more than once during the day. Otherwise I would definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Metro if you're planning on visiting London or the surrounding area.

I stayed there last night with a group of work colleagues. It's in a perfectly central and bustling location. The rooms were beautiful, modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was such a nice change from the big, generic hotel chains. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

Friendly staff. Great location near Hockey Arena and downtown. Spacious room with fridge and Keurig coffee. Parking available in nearby lot for extra charge.

Very chic! The layout was interesting, I wouldn't suggest it if you don't know the person you're staying with VERY well. The room was beautiful and the hotel is right next to the Farmers Market. Unfortunately they do not have their own parking so parking under the market is your best option (although expensive). It also smelled a bit like cat in the lobby.
