Motel 6 London Ontario

Our room was nice looking and clean. There was a fridge and microwave available in our room. Had a decent sleep on the firm mattress.The hotel is close to the 401 and there is a variety of eateries and shopping nearby.There's a lovely salt water pool available too. All in all a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

There are some unusual smells in this motel, but the room itself was fine, clean, big for the price and totally functional. Good value. A couple points for improvement though. The hot tub was lukewarm one of the days I tried to use it - a bath in the room was much more pleasant. As well, the toilets flush very powerfully, but there is no lid. You can literally feel it spraying on the back of your legs as you walk away so you can imagine it must be all over the room.

The room was good value for the money. We stayed for 6 nights. It was a very small room and next time a would opt for a larger place based on staying a week. First impressions are important for me. The entrance walk under the canopy at the front of the building really needs a good clean. The concrete is dirty and it isn't welcoming. The carpets in the halls and the rooms are stained and wrinkled. they could also use some work. The staff were helpful when i needed it but not overly friendly. At some point in time the toilet in our room had been replaced. The replacement toilet was a little different from the existing one and there was an ugly outline on the floor in the bathroom where the old toilet had been. People were constantly smoking at the entrance and throwing butts on the ground. I would move that area away from the entrance

Well traveling from the US on Fri. Sept. 8, 2017 my wife and I stayed at this Motel 6. The room was so so. We parked our 2004 Chevy Suburban near the rear door, as it was nearist our room. Went out to the car at 9 pm , car was fine. Went to leave Saturday morning and our car was GONE. Yes, stolen from what we thought was their supposedly secure parking lot. Made a police report and then tried to figure out how to get home. It was quite an ordeal. The car was found 6 days later by the OPP on its roof out in a farm field 10 miles away. The car was totally destroyed. A lot of our personal stuff was also gone. So in our opinion this Motel 6 is not a real safe place to stay!

Not the Sheraton right? But still good. Clean and cozy. 5 stars for what it is. I think it is a little over priced.
