We had a great stay. The room deluxe queen was very spacious and clean.nnWe stayed over a long weekend and this area of town was VERY quiet. I was happy to have a car to get around. Parking on site was very easy.nnMarcia in the breakfast restaurant was great. She was generous with the kids, and such a pleasant person so early in the morning.
It was a great experience overall, but it would have been nice to have a little breakfast bar included for the price, lile toasts cereal and cofee Other then the cofee in the room which is really gross But the people at the desk were great, beds were clean and comfy, and the pool and hot tub were amazing! Definitely recommend. There is a restaurant on the second floor where we had breakfast, not too expensive, food was alright, not great. We had bacon sausages and little potatoes, definitely hotel sausages. But it worked for the 1 night we stayed there. Biggest thing is no free fresh made cofee in the morning, I feel lile every hotel lile that should have it included for the price we pay.

As a longtime Hilton Diamond member who travels extensively throughout North America, I interact with countless hotel and restaurant employees—and Rebecca genuinely stands out.nnShe is an amazing bartender and head server: friendly, attentive, professional, and always welcoming. She remembers her guests, anticipates what they need, and creates the kind of experience that makes a hotel stay memorable. Rebecca is a tremendous asset to Blake’s and the DoubleTree by Hilton London Ontario. Hilton needs more people like her!
Very disappointing experience.nnThey charge $30 per night for parking, and the parking lot isn't even close to the hotel—you have to cross the street to get to it.nnBreakfast is advertised as starting at 6:30 AM. I went down this morning at 6:30, but no staff showed up until around 6:40. When someone finally arrived, I was simply told that the chef couldn't make it in and there would be no breakfast at all today. For a hotel charging these rates, this is unacceptable.nnThe beds are also extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain and did not get a good night's sleep.nnOverall, the service and quality are absolutely not worth the money. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Even a cheaper hotel would likely provide better service and a more comfortable stay.
Let me start by saying, the lobby when you first walk in is nice, the staff was great and give you warm cookies and water on arrival which was nice. Blakes restaurant on the second floor was amazing and the lobby cafe was also great. The room was completly outdated and extremely dirty which was a suprise given all thr updated hallways, lobby etc. This made our stay unpleasant ultimately resulting in us leaving 1 day early. The beds were extremely hard like sleeping on wood, and the pillows were barely pillows, more so a pillow case with a rolled up sheet inside , super thin. The pool wasnt really heated as it was cold, and the hot tub was barely hot, this was the common complaint of everyone using the facility at the time we were. I was to exhuasted with my family to even complain about the room as it was late and we sucked it up for one night. Staff was aware of the problems during checkout however and were extremely upset.
