We arrived after a long drive and were both tired and hungry. The front desk staff (Matt) quickly and efficiently got us set up so that we could go to our room. Once there we ordered room service. While we were waiting for our dinner we kept hearing this grinding noise in the bathroom. We reported it to the hotel (Caroline) and she had the engineering department send up someone to check it out. Not long after she called back and said the hotel would move us to a new room. We ended up on the executive level of the hotel. Very fast and efficient service all around. We had a great nights sleep and were very impressed all around.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Attended an author signing event and had a great time. Food at Blake's was also delicious and even though we were a large crowd, food arrived quickly and hot. The food was also delicious!

Excellent hotel. Staff is very polite and hotel is very clean. Was there for work training and have also stayed there in the past. Highly recommend this hotel.

Normal 2 double beds room is ok. Hotel is clean. Some maintenance could be done into my room... The restaurant is good and staff very friendly. If you book, make sure to take the warm breakfast. Breakfast is a warm buffet and it's really good. It's the reason why I give 4*, otherwise it would be 3.

Everything was very good there. Nice staff. Rooms were today. It was an overall very nice stay!
