Residence Inn by Marriott East Lansing

The location was very easy to find. The room was just gorgeous! It was extremely clean and cozy. It had all the amenities needed to make it feel like home. The staff was very helpful. They were ready to meet any of your requests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Confirmed reservation, platinum member, walked to another hotel 11pm. Only explanation ... computer issues... real issue “oversold!” General manager non responsive to written letter for explanation. Poorly managed, over rated. Needs new management. Shame on Marriott for poorly hired management and treatment of loyal “platinum” guests. Don’t risk being walked middle of the night. Book elsewhere .

We were attending a private event in a suite, a birthday party. The kitchenette was well appointed, the bed was nice and fluffy. I can also verify the fire alarms work, as someone tried to light a fire in a pit by the outdoor pool. The lobby area if also well lit, with plenty of seating and throw pillows. I liked our brief stay, and would consider it for an overnight visit.

We had a group of relatives stay there and everyone loved it. The staff were really wonderfull, helpful and great to work with. All and all it was a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful! Great food, awesome staff, had an awesome time! Quiet rooms with comfy beds. Clean and close to Msu with lots to do.
