nice park, well maintained, there is tennis court, soccor field, playground and surrounded hills ideal for toboggan in winter. A wild but short hiking path along the pond. There is a bridge which seems to be abandonded.Free parking.
This park has it all. Lots of big shady trees, perfect for a picnic. There's also a covered pavilion for larger groups. Skating rinks, tennis courts, and a nice little hiking trail.
It's such a scenic ice rink.
The outdoor hockey rink and trail had pretty bad ice. Very choppy dispite good weather for it. Was told the hockey ice was booked but the people using it said they didn't have it booked and it was open to everyone. Shouldn't be able to book private ice on Saturdays in my opinion. It's a public space. For shinny and skating look elsewhere if possible.
Good park. Lots of play space for the kids. Slides, swings and sand pit too.
Lovely place to go any time of year with the family. There is an easy gravel/dirt walking trail through the forest and wetlands, and outdoor ice skating in the winter. Far less people, dogs, and bikes than other nearby popular parks.
Lots to do here all year round. There are play structures for both big and small kids, a splash pad, tennis courts, ice rink and skating ribbon, ball diamonds, picnic areas and open park space. It's nicely tucked into the valley, and shares space with the local elementary school, which gives it such a charming neighborhood feel. Some of the equipment is in need of a bit of TLC, and one has to be a bit careful of the traffic, but overall a great place to spend some time.
Nice park had a few different playground equipment that I haven't seen before
I love this park. Public tennis courts, playground, skating rink in the winter and a large field for soccer and baseball. I always visit with my pets and so do many other people. If you have a dog, definitely check out Rennie park.
Great sled hill more or less isolated from traffic but parking is a little hit or miss.
