Beautiful park with a trail along the water. On this hot day the cold breeze was very nice and refreshing. The beaches were filled with people and the whole atmosphere was fantastic. There is a lot of space with areas to play sports, eat or relax in the sun. Lots of trees providing shade as well which was amazing. The views are fantastic and the trail is just long enough to reach about 10,000 steps back and forth. Loved every second down there! Great spot for swimming too btw
Budapest Park lies near to Lake Ontario Stretch. A beautiful place to spend time with Family / Friends. It has a small beach where we can play Volleyball and do Kayak.
Budapest Park is a wonderful area to enjoy anytime of the year and today was amazing with full sun and warmth. Great spot for families and children. Walking around or biking the trails. Walk around the shoreline on the beach or sit and take in all the amazing views.
Its a wonderful area to have a walk and a nice place close to the beach. Several places and areas to sit. There normally is a pretty cold breeze in this area, so do recommend wearing a extra layer when going to this area!
I loved the butterfly garden, although I'd like for more people to keep in mind that touching the butterfly's wings can hurt it and prevent it from flying. I saw a couple people dangling a monarch to get a photo, and it made me sick to my stomach. There are many other ways to get photos, beautiful ones at that, and your fingers in the picture just make for a weird unnatural pic anyway....not to mention you're hurting a beautiful, harmless creature.
It has a butterfly garden and it’s like a lookout place where you can hangout by the water. Nice place for a summer - early fall date and has a lot of ducks. It also has a wooden boardwalk that you can use to walk inside the park
Lots of parking, several benches line the boardwalk, along with picnic tables and Muskoka chairs throughout the park. Plenty of room during the week to up socially distance
Nice place for a walk. Be warned about mosquitoes in the area. They are not huge but will make sure you don't miss their existence. Lots of greenery. Kids play area. Many opportunities in take great pictures of Canadian Geese and beautiful Swans. Picturesque lake front with lovely views of CN tower and Toronto's skyline. Best time to visit in my opinion Dusk.
Pleasant and beautiful beach. Lot of shade around. Good place for running and cycling. The beach here is closed for swimming due to high bacteria content.
Loved the butterfly garden. Lots of monarchs and a hummingbird. Walk along waterfront. Bike trail. Place to buy beverages. Washroom facilities. Parking. Relaxing. Dogs and I had a great day.
