They say a time to be ready. The buses come way earlier than the expected time of arrival and also leave without you. They have some great bus drivers and some not. Some drivers expect all passengers are able to hold themselves upright. If they say a time that they will be there they need to let the passengers know to be 10 minutes early and not give them any warning. Have some good experiences but lately it has not been the best.

Paratransit are always pleasant. Sometimes I want to be let's say be dropped off at London Drugs only be picked up at Walmart. Since they're close together its alright. I usually get repeated what I said so it can be verified by who answers the phone.

I would like to give a very good comment about AMRIT space SIDHO I've had her several times for my driver and she is awesome she's a very good driver very courteous respectful and I've had a good ride with her every single time if you guys have an employee at the month she should be the one that's on the board thank you too I'm right for taking good care of me I'm just new to riding parade transit as it's the only transportation I have to get out of my house and get out of the isolation so thank you America for making my day every time
