Service Canada Centre

Great and professional service! Although the wait time was longer than expected, the staff were courteous and efficient. I recommend checking the IRCC portal before your visit, as it shows live wait times and can help you plan accordingly.

All the staff members are so nice and friendly . The service they offer is really fast . Angela is the one who help me for my stuff and she’s the wonder women.

I am writing to share my positive experience at the Regina Service Canada Centre on April 20th. I was there for services regarding my infant, and I received exceptional help from an Employee . She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the process very smooth for me. I am very happy with the service I received and wanted to ensure her hard work was recognized.

Everyone was friendly. I got there at 8:10am and was done around 9:25 am. There was already about 30 people in front of me in line. They open at 8:30. They start giving ticket numbers at 7:30. So go early if ya in a rush.

It was so bad service one day I was staying in the line almost 2 hours when I go inside the talk with the officer was the situation with my passport It was missing some part. He didn’t help me. He just say I can’t do it and he didn’t tell me what’s going on when I go. I came back to them so I’m so sorry if your clothes they’re wasting my time they’re not going good job and then then I don’t know how to do it there there I pay tax they’re working by tax loan I pay them make sure to teach him how to talk with the people
