I had a great experience this trip. Everyone was friendly. I do want to give a special shout out to Terry who helped me get my family passports sorted and in. He went beyond what he had to make sure I had everything in order. Customer service takes on a whole knew meaning when you have some one like Terry who cares to make things less stressful. Thank you so very much!!!!

I went in Friday October 11 around 1 pm to help my parents renew their passports. There were about 10 people in the line up and had to wait about 20 minutes.nThe officer provided great service and noticed a check box was not checked.nMy parents received their new passports in the mail october 18th! Very fast service.nIts a nicer and new office, compared to calgary service canada offices

Actually I was quite impressed with the efficiency and floor manager. Much better experience than last time during Covid

It's 50/50, either the agents are super nice and really helpful or they are rude and speak to you like you're sub-human trash. There really is no in between from my experience. Vicky was particularly dehumanizing and the reason for my review.

Was greated at door by friendly staff member and directed to the appropriate person. My passport app was viewed but pictures refused. Given info on what to do next and was told, look for me I will try to watch for you to ensure you don't have to start all over.nGot photos done and returned. Taken right to service agent. Super friendly, polite and was told it should be about 25 minutes wait to see the next staff member.n35 minutes later I was done and walking out the door. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and polite.nGreat experience.
