My benefits are on hold again for the 4th month in a row, like c'mon. Can I know the reason why I'm being discriminated against by the ministry ? Like I'm gonna lose my place, because the landlord doesn't want to get his money in the middle of the month. Negative 100 stars

Service is terrible! today I received a letter that I should call the customer service and complete the registration of my application, otherwise it will be canceled. After 1.5 hours, I managed to get through to the operator said: - one minute please!, and hung up. Arriving at the customer service center, they told me that they couldn’t help and that I needed to call the hotline. I spent 2 hours from 3-5 pm listening to the answering machine waiting for the operator’s response - to no avail! It’s also not clear how to complete the work I started! It is not possible to spend so much time on a phone without results on a working day. I hope you solve this problem !

I've sent an application on the 6th of December only to be emailed back on the 17th of Dec saying they neen me to email them another rental agreement which I did on the 21st of December, it is now January the 4th and I'm still waiting. I've yet to even talk to a person directly.

If i could i would give 0 stars ive left sask fleeing an abusive relationship they issued my rent amd benefits when i called them withh more than enough time to close my acct and its all my workers fault me and my children are now in a homeless shelter up here becUse i cant pay rent pr afford to live because she sided wirh my landlord when she knew!!! They dont realize they are dealing with peoples lives and are at the wrong jobs because they are all so bitter and hateful!

I got injured October 13 2022. I been jumping hoops zero income denied appeal after appeal for 3 months I live 8 miles fro. Town. If I was renting I be on the street with broken foot no food 2hr drive to the specialist. U work paid taxes and get treated like this. Where is this emergency funds to be available. Untill the government shows me that there is help for me I will never pay one more dollar into any government in this corrupt country. Take take and when you cant work throw you out to die . I never had imagined that our system be so cruel to its citizens. This is an act of war against citizens of Saskatchewan. I worked hard all my life never collected E.I nothing but last 3 months due to accident I'm loosing mummy home can't get proper medical care or even food to live Scott Moe fix your mess
