Passport Office

Thanks for acting promptly in the loss of a birth certificate in or on your property . To come back to ask if it was found handed a ticket with not to mention once again a packed waiting room is ridiculous. So much for a passport office or high security area pushing it off and allowing a extended period of time of a piece of identification which should not be in someone elses hands. I also called to get someone in Ontario to maybe get back to us within a day as there are no direct communication to office. I guess a passport or birth certificates are not that big of a deal or suppose to be secure.

We had our renewal forms filled out, took them in and it was less than 1 hour-fastest ever!! Received them in the mail today; way to go Passport people👍

I came in at the worst time (early January on a Friday), expecting a long wait time given the time of year, however despite the longer wait the experience was really positive. The staff were helpful, verifying the information of people waiting to help speed up the process and cut down the waiting time, and were also encouraging those who could come back another day - during less busy hours - to feel free to do so, so that they were not waiting needlessly. While waiting is never fun, it was a positive experience. I also HIGHLY recommend filling out all of your information AT HOME! You can either print it off or pick up the paperwork from their office and take it home to come back another day!

The day I went there was a fire alarm and a bunch of people didn't wait around after the alarm went off so I got right in!

Very slow service. all counters were open and only 1 counter person was providing services.
