This place calls itself a great facility psshhhh let me tell you from all the staff they are all rude inconsiderate illiterate people who work there and the facility is always dirty and smells terrible. If you love your family or friends just avoid the headache and heartache and look somewhere else. My mother in law has been here almost 2 weeks nurses acted as if they didnt know how to care for her and just the other day the staff left her dirty after one of her bags leaked all over her and her bed. The patient in the bed next to her has been there a bit longer than her but hurt herself during physical therapy she stayed calling for someone to help her use the bathroom and no one shows up she calls her son who then shows up an hour later to help to care for her. Its absolutely a sad excuse for a facility.

My dad was in there from June until sept. Some of the people care. The first night they tried to give a possible asperation person a peanut butter and jelly sandwich .when we said something she said he could go hungry then if we didn't want him to have it. The next time that same person was his nurse he had a feeding tube and she came in with his pills in applesauce.she said it was only there for additional nutrition. We complained she left and came back with his pills in water to feed them to him using the tube. When they work on someone they skan a wristband.one day nurse came in in gown skaned my dad and went back to the other room. Next time we were in he had espl. He had to use his c pap machine to breath. One of use was told to stop sawobing his mouth with water so offen. We came in he had gloves on and the whole one side of his face was all swollen. His nurse said I have not had him before so I didn't know if that was the way he looked. He had Ann infection in his mouth glands because of lack of water . I hope Zee has now to understand that getting a bedpan is as important as other calls since we were yelled at to stop ringing that other people could not ring in because we were.dad only wanted 45 mins to get told that. They have you go on the washable cuck. Then he was able to be moved to another area. We came in and his pals oxygen meter said it was at 71 and the alarm was going off. We checked and the oxygen tube was rolled up placed on the floor and it was turned off on the wall. Dad couldn't get out of bed. They told us that it didn't sound at the desk and that dad must of dune that. Then they said he had to go back to the hospital because the surgeon would not put in his feeding tube in the stomach.he had something more.hospital found that he had a form of mersa.

My mother has been here for almost a month and is soon to be released to come back home. After a year of 5 different hospitals and 3 nursing homes this place by far out weighs them all. All of the nurses, aids & respitory are awesome. Security awesome felt safe coming late at night. Place is kept clean inside and out . Doctors have positive healing and recovering attitude. Beautiful place and people!

Before reading further, the below issues where not with all of the staff! So many of the staff, especially the respiratory and rehab staff are great. Unfortunately it only takes one or two people to spoil a facility. I hope that someone from Regency reads this and addresses these issues. That being said, some of the nurses will put gloves on, then fix hair with gloves on, then work on patients. Other nurses not putting gloves on at all while dealing with patients with infectious diseases (MRSA). This needs to be address immediately.

This place is the worst hospital/rehab I have ever seen! My elderly grandfather went in there and then contracted shingles and ringworm. He was not being turned in his bed and got a bed sore. Also when we went to put another blanket on him, we found a dirty wipe from when they cleaned him up; on his stomach. The staff do not keep the family informed and do not seem to care about the patients at all. My grandfathers blood pressure fell dangerously low and we went out to tell the nurse in the hall and she said she was watching it from out there, never once came in to check on him. we made the decision to send him home with hospice and from that time, they did not feed him once nor did they give him any meds, including his insulin. They have now told hospice that he will be unsafe to go home because he didn't have his meds and now basically, they are keeping him there to just give him morphine and die to keep getting the insurance money!!! We will be talking to higher authority today!
