OBGYN receptionist is very rude. They are not accommodating and when it comes to someone being pregnant they do not make you feel comfortable. Completely stressed out my wife, she started to get emotional due to being pregnant and the employees started to talk about my wife negatively. This is unacceptable. You need to work on your customer care your dealing with expecting mothers you NEED to have leniency and compassion. This is probably why they have not received and awards sense 1998. Also not the first person to comment about the professionalism of the agents at the front desk.
I went here for my first ultra sound, if I could give a half star I would. Ashley Ragone my ultra sound tech was extremely cold. Wasn’t informative, or personal at all. Seemed to be rushing through everything to just get it done so we wouldn’t be wasting anymore of her time. The only good thing that came out of it was the ultra sound pictures of my baby. As for the doctor, Edward Chien the M.D was also very short and gave off the impression that our questions weren’t valid. At the beginning he wasn’t even gonna come in to talk to us at all, the tech told us we could leave because everything looked fine. But we insisted on talking to the doctor for questions. I was excited for my first ultrasound appointment, this really discouraged me due to the treatment and lack of care. I’ve had issues in the past with the OB in that building as well. I don’t recommend this building at all! I was more excited to leave honestly.
Absolute nightmare of an appointment. I went in with a handful of questions. Dr. Mikol was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I had a question in regard to healthy eating and lifestyle due to PCOS and she looked at me, grabbed her stomach, and asked if she, “looked like a weight loss doctor” to me. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing and I will not be returning here.
The young woman at the OBGYN front desk was very rude. I wish I could have said something when I was there.
