University Hospitals (UH) Brook Park Urgent Care

I made an appointment in their online website. My schedule changed, so I called and asked if I could come early, which they replied yes, I could. So I checked in at 10:30, four other patients came in behind me, and all of them went before me. I went to the desk to inquire why I was still sitting in the waiting rooman an hour later, when these people were waiting 15 minutes. The answer is that because I had placed an appointment online, I would not be going until that time. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I arrived, because I would have gone somewhere else for an hour and came back. I also asked why they didn’t just cancel that appointment when I arrived? Or why they wouldn’t tell me that on the phone when I asked if I could come in early? It seems UHC doesn’t get technology. They should go back to stone tablets. And they need to understand the value of time. I’m taking time off work and paying top dollar disappointment . I tried to coordinate it so that I would miss as little time as possible. There are a few citizens in the world who are still responsible in their jobs, I don’t want to waste an hour and a half in a waiting room when you could’ve gotten out in 30 minutes like everyone else... That’s this point, 90 minutes still no doctor. Everyone else in and out in 30 minutes

Sure the staff is nice but THEY SUCK as far as their job goes. I went in with the feeling of something in the back of my throat for dr powers to walk in for 20 seconds and say my throat looks fine and to ask ME if I wanted a strep test done or not... so I did and it came back nothing. Done nothing from them to say “it’s something in the air” well for my thankfully instinct to just go southwest WHERE THERE ARE SENSIBLE DOCTORS! I ended up having uvulitis and they strep tested me there which also came back both places but 2 days laters... SOUTHWEST CALLS ME and tells me the further testing they did WAS POSITIVE AND I DID HAVE STREP. Needless to say if every medical building in the world was shut down except this one I still wouldn’t go to it...

Waited for 2 hrs for a dr to spend a whole 30 seconds with me to confirm I have pink eye and send me to an allergist to pass the buck. If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating. Dr definitely needs some more education. Definitely will never come back here again! Don't waste your money.

Whats the point of schedulling an apoinment online ? When you go in with a schedulled appoinment and there are 10 ppl in the waiting room you still have to wait for your turn in line .So dont plan your day according with the apoinment just go in and plan to stay at least 2 hours maybe 3 hours if is not more.They better remove the option with online apptm or make sure to follow time of online appoinmts.

I was impressed that I was able to get my new-hire physical on the 4th of July. Staff, nurses and doctor were all very friendly. Impeccable service was provided.
