We had an enjoyable Wings Night here! It was during a long weekend so the place was not crowded at all. Although it was a bit pricey but the wings were sizeable and delicious! We ordered Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Mango Habanero, Caribbean Jerk, Honey Garlic, Dill Pickle and Beagle. As for drinks, we ordered Shirley Temple, Twisted Tea, Caesar Cocktail, Beer, Pepsi and Ginger Ale. There are many lovely decorations all around the pub and that makes the place interesting and gives out good vibes. Our server was very nice, cheerful and attentive too! She definitely deserves a 5 star!nn*Went for another round of wings with hubby and enjoyed the food and drinks served!
As my family and I entered, we were asked by the owner to sit to the right because there was a party coming in to fill the left side.. no problem....nWe sat.. 30 minutes goes by... a waitress says I'll be right with you.... another 30 minutes untill drinks came..... as we watched, we saw the owner do absolutely nothing. The 2 waitress worked there butts off and tried their best to serve everyone. The problem was.....nThe carbonation in the drinks needed to be replaced , therefore, no one could be served pop until fixed. unfortunately, no one knew how to change it , it being the one waitress first week and the other only a few weeks.... instead of the owner helping a customer from the bar, he helped change it...nI watched food sit at the window for 15+ minutes... waitress google searching how to make drinks because no one was trained..nThe owner was too worried about the birthday party not being able to work the projector screen... and entertain them.nThe birthday party guests go behind the bar and into the kitchen. The party blocked the area to get the bathrooms the whole time , it was just a very uncomfortable situation.nEven though we waited an hour for drinks and longer for food, we were okay with it because the waitress was awesome... not once did the owner apologize or try to make anything right .nIf you are understaffed, do not take on a big party...nnWe used to really enjoy coming here it was a great family night out. We come every Saturday. Unfortunately, the last few months and after tonight, I have seen enough .nWe will find a new place to go.
Went for wings and beers with friends. Wound up waiting 20 mins to take our order, another 15 minutes for beer, another 20 minutes for the wings. By the time the wings came, the wings were cold and dried out likely overcooked and/or left in the window, there were no napkins, and our drinks had been empty for more than 10 minutes. Countless times, while we were waiting, our server could be seen on her phone or just chatting with her coworkers.nnI really wanted this place to be awesome. The ambiance is really cool, and the menu looked great. I can't help but think that it wasn't the cooks' fault that the food was cold when it wasn't being run out. I've served twice as many people and never had this problem.
My family and I were also there last night during the owners party and totally agree with the statements from below. We have been coming here for years and over the past few months there has been a steady decline in service and food quality. We took a back seat to the party and waited an hour for our wings. The owner should know if he is going to have an event then he should ensure staffing was there to support his gathering while paying customers were also served. Time after time we are disappointed and we have finally decided to go elsewhere on Saturdays.
Food is decent, service can be a bit slow but the servers are friendly and don't make mistakes. Atmosphere is super kitschy and dated but its been that way forever.nnWe go for the awesome wings and karaoke.
