I bought one van and one truck for work, the van has some engine issues, the buyer protection covered me and regal auction refund me the full amount.nI love it and I hope it stays the same way while it is expending Honest and reliable

I needed a car for my kid to go to University. Any questions I had before the auction were promptly answered via email with professionalism. The process of completing the sale and interactions with the front office and lot attendant on pick up day was the same in person. The vehicle was as described. I'm not an insider or current employee. I'm grateful for the interaction I've had with Regal.

I bought car on 26 of March. There were nothing about mechanical problems, only about hail damage, so what they did is fraud. I paid all amount, all fees and all taxes, bought insurance, made everything in registry, picked up car next day after payment. And after everything I got a broken car. Repair costs 2500 cad. Vehicle price was 6300. After repair it costs more expensive than average car this type on market. Don't buy anything from them

** Speculation **nnThis was the worst purchase decision of my life. I was bidding on a vehicle that was being sold by an automotive broker. The vehicle wasn't reserved very high so i thought id bid on it. The other person bidding keep pushing until we were almost double the reserve. When i went to pick it up i didn’t think i could get it inspected before taking so i brought it back to Edmonton.nnThe vehicle needs major repairs for the timing chain and now i need to sell it.nnI would highly not recommend bidding on vehicles sold by automotive brokers because i believe they had someone bidding on the other end to increase their profit and regal did nothing to prevent this.nnI would would rate my experience here at a 0/5 if i could.
