Selling a car can feel like giving up a favourite memory and it's not always an organized transition. I came in to Regal to drop off an extra key and tire for a four-wheeled offering, and to clean off personal information from the navigation system and stored phone numbers, before the auction.nThe upfront staff including Sophie were kind and I felt seen and valued.nDirected to the wash bay, I saw the car there, clean as a whistle and the staff doing the work were both friendly and accommodating.nIt counts when someone steps in to help out, and then stays the course to see you get results. The yard manager stepped up to assist me and figure out how to clear personal info off the car system. Ian is clearly results driven with a penchant for colourful speech. With a respectful nod to his colleagues who may feel tweaked by this attribute, when it comes to customers - it counts when it counts. And today, for me, it truly did.nTo Sophie, and all the staff who keep the wheels rolling, and the team with the yard manager that keep it all shiny, this customer gives two thumbs up to Regal Auctions support team.

Their approach was impressive and made a significant difference in my overall experience. I truly appreciate the honesty and transparency that this establishment maintains, especially in such a challenging industry like used cars. Thanks to the Buyer Protection Policy and the outstanding assistance from Preet at the front desk, the refund process was seamless. Not a great experience, I bought a vehicle and organized a detail with them. The detail was supposed to take 2-3 business days but actually took 7 business days.nnAlso, when I originally went to pick up the vehicle they informed me I would need a booster pack to keep it running, this wasn’t mentioned in the listing so I had to come back another day. There was also much more wrong with the vehicle than listed.nnGave and extra star because their mechanic helped me out with installing a new battery and he was a great guy.

I have bought five cars from real auctions in about 4 years. I just relied on online description and did not even go to inspect the car physically by myself. The description and inspection report posted by Regal auction is awesome. You don't even need to see the car just rely on there report.

Bought a vehicle through Regal, ended up needing engine work. Regal got me full compensation for the quoted work. I would recommend this auction to others, but make sure you do your research on the car you're buying and come see it in person. Also make sure you understand the buyer's protection policy very well. But other than that this is an awesome auction to use in my opinion.
