Amazing place. Been here several times brought my parents here when they came down the visit. Customer service is 10 outta 10. Selection is 10 outta 10. My wife and I both shop here and bring our daughter. Truly a great place to get carhartt clothes. Lisa is usually the lady who takes care of us. She’s kinda caring and truly wanting to help. Makes sure someone is getting what they need and want she knows a lot about what she sells and does a amazing job at it.
The store have a really good selections for my feet, I have a wide feet and It didn't take long for me to find the steel toe shoes that I like and fit comfortably. The staff and manager on site were super friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase at this store in Langley. I am definitely returning here for my next purchase.
I came here today to buy a pair of Work boots. Lisa was very kind and helpful. She was very patient while I took my time to try different boots on to measure comfort. I ended up purchasing the Canada West Climber boots. Thank you very much Lisa!
They provide high quality 100% cotton work wear, and the prices are fair. The employees are helpful, and they have a positive attitude. Always a good experience here, and I prefer it highly over Marks. Thank you Bethel for helping me find everything I need.
Long over due I know. I went in there a year and a half ago to get the carhartt ladies leggings and They didn’t have my size so the cashier asked if I’d like to put my name on a list because they would be getting some in soon and I would get a phone call to come in and grab a pair. The person took the size that I thought I would need, my name and my phone number. I am yet to hear back from them. I appreciate the effort they made but the follow-through just wasn’t there
Redhart is an amazing store. Fair prices , great selection and awesome customer service. Every time I go there I'm never disappointed. Lisa a lady who works there is also always very helpful and kind.

I bought shirts Feb. 2023, they have sign 15% discount promotion on tag prices. when paying she remove the tag price and jack it up then give you 15% discount. Reason the computer price to be followed. WHAT A RIP- OFF NEVER GO BACK TO ANY REDHART STORE. BEFORE I ALWAYS BUY AT THAT STORE.
Wonderful service yet again. Looking for a work boot that can hold up and still be comfortable. The lady knew what to show me and even helped by correcting what I thought was my size.
Great Carhartt and Keen work wear store. A great selection and styles of both major brands along with others. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Jesse. Now for why I didn't give them a five star rating. They have no price stickers on the Carhartt clothing, jackets, vests, t-shirts etc.. KNOW your Carhartt pricing from other stores or online before you buy. Compare pricing. It is as if they are changing the prices depending on what the work wear clothing market is doing daily, weekly, and monthly. I lucked out as I knew what everything I looked at cost at other stores, online, and in the States. Their pricing was fair and around what everyone else was charging, and a 15% off sale to boot. I look forward to shopping at Reddhart Workwear again.
