adidas Outlet Langley

I went here to buy a new pair of shoes for my work because I'm on my feet alot and the adidas boost line is very comfortable, I was helped by a friendly staff and was able to find a close perfect shoe. Very happy with my purchase and will buy these kind of shoes again.

Davis is the best adidas store manager in western canada. He pulls strings to satisfy the customers. look out for the new renovation of this location

Returned an online sale. Supervisor/manager on the floor was able to do it even though the procedure is to return online. Went back a week later to return another items and assistant manager said she couldn’t do it. I told her I did the other day but couldn’t remember the guys name. She said as far as I know we can’t and I should k ow I’m the assistant manager. If it was me I would have got the phone and made a call to see how it was completed the week prior. She basically called me a liar and didn’t want to make an effort. Would be nice to save me the gas/hassle of making another trip to puralotor etc. nope- that would require too much effort and consideration

I am impressed by their 50% off for cyber week sales event. Clerks are friendly and helpful

There costumer service is so bad that and one of the managers she come over to us and the person helping us started yelling at us and pushed the box with the shoe at us don’t go Their not recommended worst place I’ve been to my whole life

Store has been closed forever. Was supposed to open August 12. Then it was the 19th. Went by today the 20th. Sign on the door saying temporarily closed and still a big green Township inspection sticker on the door. Website says it’s open. Terrible communication by Adidas…much like their customer service and live chat on their website and app.

Regional manager for Metro Vancouver should be fired! Langley location not open S outlined on website!!! Multiple shopprs upset outside location Friday August 19th..no revises message on phone line... no revised message on front door. Customer no service attitude.

Kyle helped me find this fantastic tracksuit today. When the women's sizes didn't fit properly he brought me men's pants that were surprisingly more form fitting and matched my top perfectly! Pay this man what he is worth, or someone else will.
