Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Fast service, clean, efficient, food selection is decent for a national chain. Friendly staff. Sometimes this place gets busy, but overall well managed.

Ordered the Mobey Dick and the fish was really overcooked and rubbery. The fries were the star of the show - crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I had to ask the server to wipe old food from table before he took my order. When I finished my meal, he didn't clear the empty plates - even though he was at the table a couple of more times. Seems like training issues both in the kitchen and on the floor. Get it together Red Robin!

Service is fabulous. The cook staff i wonder where they learned how to deep fry pretzel bites or how to make fresh cheese dip. Over priced for the quality of food. BUT like I said the waite staff was fantastic.

Garlic fries came out drenched in the suace, asked for ones with less sauce and got ones with the same amount of sauce, some of the fries were still frozen. So i payed extra for gross frozen fries. Normally the fries are good though
