Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Went on a Monday night for my friend's birthday. Ordered the Madlove burger and the Blue Ocean Patron Margarita. The burger and fries were very tasty. The burger was the perfect amount of heat while the fries were seasoned nicely and crispy. The margarita was very good but could have used another shot. Service was excellent and very attentive, the server we had was also very sweet. The atmosphere was good, not too crowded with dim lighting and some TV's playing different things. I'd say the only downside was that the drinks are made pretty weak.

I always enjoyed the gourmet burgers here.nToday, I tried the blackened salmon, with brocoli, fries potatoes.nI never tried a plate, with salmon so delicious.nMos of the time, veggies have not too much flavor. french fries are regular, not on this plate. Salmon, potatoes, and broccoli were all deliciously cooked on their time.

Normally I really like Red Robin, the one in my hometown is excellent. I've been here twice now and each time it's gotten worse.nnThe staff are great and the bar is excellent. The drinks have no problem in this. this time around, my burger came out cold and the fries had obviously been out for a minute.nnMy friends pretzel bites. The cheese had obviously been under a heat lamp and they were cold. She also mentioned that they tasted microwaved.nnThe restaurant was almost empty, which really surprised me because i feel like the food would be good if there was less people.nnIf it wasn't for the waitress that we had that was excellent, I would give them one star.

Carrots look like sweet potato fries, covered in strange white substance. Half our chips were burnt. Good news is prices went up, for worse food. That said our waitress was amazing!

Very busy Thursday night, went in for a couple desserts with a group of friends. Server did not get to us for about 35 minutes. When we ordered two dishes, we were told 15 minutes later they didn’t have any. Being busy is fine! But at least try to maintain customer service to the best you can, yesterday certainly lacked it!
