How to ruin a birthday. So much for celebrating my wife's birthday. Food took about an hour to get to the table and the food wasn't hot. they were quick to get drinks out to other people around us. of course they didn't bother asking us to refill our water. our waiter was not to concerned about us. he said our food would be coming right out.......NOT.....after another 10+ minutes we had to ask manager where our food was. still the waiter gave us little attention. manager finally brought our food.....not the waiter. we had to ask for a to go container, ask for our bill, I needed to finally stand up so I could get my credit card back. by this time my wife had already walked out. This was so disappointing when we were trying to celebrate my wife's birthday. waiter said ooh your wife gets a free dessert for her birthday......too late the night was ruined and my wife and i just wanted to get out.

Delightful dining experience. Front bar was packed & noisy, all were having a happy, happy hour. We were seated in the dining room & I could not hear any noise from the front. D.J. was our server, he was great & we will ask for him next time. The Prime Rib was excellent!!! Love the ambiance of the room & we were not sitting on our fellow diners. Oh yes, I will go back. Wish Mr McCormick would put cinnamon ice cream on the menu, please.

Great lunch place. The food is Top Quality. The service is Immediate. The ambience is comfortable. And FYI, their Happy Hour is well worth the 1 block walk from the parking lot.

I’m so disappointed with the service from Pine Tavern. We went in for a nice lunch for my mother’s birthday. Our waitress was great but they didn’t have enough wait staff which was fine. But I had almost my whole lunch plate left which the waitress packaged up for me, she never brought it back out to me. I just called them and all I was told was she couldn’t find it. Where’s the customer service?? How about asking the wait staff or asking how they can help. I also have the waitress a huge tip because she was so busy.

THE gem of Bend! Friendliest staff, excellent food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend! Kudos to new owners and management for revitalizing this gorgeous restaurant
