Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We celebrated our birthday at Red Robin in Guildford, and it was an incredible experience! The servers were super friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the pork ribs, jalapeno poppers, burgers, and fries everything was absolutely delicious! The ribs were perfectly cooked, the jalapeno poppers had the perfect kick, and the burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. The whole meal was a hit, and the service made it even better. Definitely a place we’ll be returning to for more great food and excellent service!

Red Robin never disappoints!nnI had the Blackened Chicken Salad with their signature Poppyseed Dressing, and it was absolutely delicious. The perfect blend of flavors and freshness made every bite a delight.nnHighly recommend this dish for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.nThe customer service was excellent and I can’t wait to come back!

Second time here and tbh it wasn’t really busy. I see more of the other server from section ahead of us thN ours. It was frustrating my boys had to keep asking me where she was.nnWe ordered banzai burger with onion rings and 2x kids meals.nFor the chicken strips dips, I wasn’t told the bbq was extra charge but we were asked what dips assuming it came with it and the choices were stated on the kids menu. We didn’t use the dips at all

Upon arrival the staff were genuinely happy and pleasant. The food came out fast and hot.nThe food did not disappoint. Our server Amber was fantastic.

I had dinner here last Saturday with a friend. Our server was so sick that they had snot running down their lip, which they wiped with the back of their hand. They got my order wrong twice, then spilled an entire drink on my lap, my food, and my phone. They used napkins to mop up the table, took my plate of food away without asking if they could replace it, and never brought more napkins so I could dry myself or my phone. They avoided us for the rest of the night until they brought us our bills. Nothing was comped, no apology, nothing. I completely understand that accidents happen, but the way the server handled this was ridiculous. I wrote to management using the email address that they reply to all of these reviews with, and received no reply so I'm posting this review. My friend and I love Red Robin but we certainly won't be back to this location.
