Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We celebrated our birthday at Red Robin in Guildford, and it was an incredible experience! The servers were super friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the pork ribs, jalapeno poppers, burgers, and fries everything was absolutely delicious! The ribs were perfectly cooked, the jalapeno poppers had the perfect kick, and the burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. The whole meal was a hit, and the service made it even better. Definitely a place we’ll be returning to for more great food and excellent service!

Ordered takeout. Service was good, nice friendly staff. Had the pepper and smoke burger. Tasted pepper on the first bite then nothing. Weird. Other than that it was a great bacon cheeseburger. Had a side of macaroni with it, was cold by the time I got home. Only l Iike a 10 min drive. Very small portion too. If you’re gonna give a medium sized Togo container at least fill it up.

The perfect blend of flavors and freshness made every bite a delight.nnHighly recommend this dish for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.nThe customer service was excellent and I can’t wait to come back!

You can have Impossible burger patty as veg option plus plenty of veg sides are also good . Cream is super tasty and unlimited too thats a cherry on top, You will know when you order

Something needs to change to improve promptness. This isn’t the first time we’ve visited, and while we understand that you have many guests to serve, the delays we experienced were unacceptable.nnWe received our drinks, finished them, and then waited 40 minutes for our food. When we asked for a refill on our drinks—because, of course, we’d like something to drink with our meal—it took 30 more minutes, by which time we had already finished eating.nnWe then requested a refill on our fries. 30 to 35 minutes later, a server checked in to ask if we had received them. We hadn’t. Another 15 to 20 minutes passed before they finally arrived.nnThis level of service is frustrating and disappointing. We hope improvements are made, as we do enjoy dining here, but the wait times make it difficult to return.nnThe food needs more flavor for the prices you are asking.
