Knight & Day Restaurant

Knight & Day is a true 24/7 restaurant, always open. This feature of their brand was especially welcome on Christmas day evening, when my friend and I went for supper. They, of course, will have the 'traditional' meal for the appropriate season available, and they do offer some vegetarian options. They have daily specials on offer, and their prices are surprisingly reasonable, considering that they are a 24/7 chain; I believe they are in line with most mid range places. I've never had a bad service experience in this location in 30+ year's of patronage. Knight & Day is family oriented, from high chairs to seniors menu. They have wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and washrooms , accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

Solid Denny's-like choice. The food is good and portions are reasonable. The dining room is quite large, so the density of occupied tables is usually comfortably low. You can get food delivered from here through third parties like Skip the Dishes, and it stays fresh rather well.

Even before getting food this started off on the wrong foot. The table they sat me and my friends at was super small. This is supposed to fit 4. This feels like a two person table. Food was ok. Staff were all wonderful!

Food was decent. Service prompt. Server kept forgetting things, like cream for the coffee. Would go again.

Went for their Sunday Buffet. Other than the fact that the pancakes were cold and there was no butter for them, there was a good selection of foods to choose from and most items were very tasty. I would definately return as it was good value and very satisfying.
