Great staff and food. I ordered the smokehouse brisket burger and it was amazing. Ordered it with some pink and it came out perfect. Great atmosphere and overall I would definitely come back here for a good burger.
They have Mr beast burgers here!! The burgers are very good and made with quality ingredients. Everything we try from here is always awesome. You can order from the website and get free T-shirts or other cool stuff with your order.I’ve had there food all over the country. I highly recommend them if your looking for something really good to eat.
Very nice staff! First time for my kiddo and they loved it! Went in the afternoon pretty quiet but attentive service and very good food. Update.... Don't ever go at night!! This had become the favorite place for the kid and I to eat out at but not anymore. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the day staff has always been amazing to us. The food was delicious during the day but we went there on Tuesday 3/29/22 and I didn't even get to eat! First we were sat very quickly and the host was super nice. After being sat we waited about 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Now the bartender was doing her best and had a larger party but it's always best to at least let the customer know it'll be a minute. Still she was actually very nice. We ordered right away and she let us know the milkshake would take a few minutes for her to get to. No more than literally two minutes later the food came. I knew it was going to be bad. Two minutes for burgers and fries?? My cheeseburger was horrible. Obviously they microwaved it but even worse the bun was so burnt after the first bite I couldn't eat anymore. My kid was so disappointed. His burger bun on the bottom was so soaked in burger juice it couldn't be eaten. They had to have microwaved the burger with the bottom bun and the top bun wasn't toasted or warm at all. I took a bite and horrible. My kid kept telling me it was cold but tasted burnt yep weirdest thing in the world but the kid was so hungry he ate part of it. Now again the bartender did everything they could to make it better and was nice enough but we still ended up paying for sloppy buns and burnt burgers. I don't know why the kitchen staff couldn't take the time to make the burgers properly but it made me physically sick. We don't think we will ever go back unfortunately. Which is super sad since that's what I save my money for is to go every two weeks. So disappointed it was so
I brought my son here for his birthday and the amazing staff here went out of their way to make him feel special. Our waitress was so attentive, kind, and hard-working. Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had in some time. Highly recommend this restaurant, they're just doing it a lot better. I just wish my main course was a bit more flavourful than it was.
5 stars. We had a group of 8 ranging from little kids to grandma, including some with gluten allergies. We all enjoyed our food, and the gluten options were also enjoyable. It's hard to find a restaurant that can accommodate 8 different people's tastes and food allergies, so this was a great choice for all the varieties they offer. We highly recommend Red Robin. Vegetarian options: They have plant burgers for the vegetarian option. Kid-friendliness: Great kid menu options. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegetarian options.
They were a bit busy during my latest visit and clearly understaffed as the servers were running like crazy, the bartender was our server and we were in a different room. It took about 15 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged and get drink orders in, but after that, service was quite good, all things considered. The food came fast and was good. Side refills were prompt.
Coming from Duluth I really never tried Red Robin. The staff was incredibly friendly, food was delicious. The price was a bit too expensive for a burger,fries,malt,pretzel bites for my taste. But nevertheless it was a good first time experience and I would recommend going for a party or get together. Kid-friendliness: Pretty friendly on the dining side. Had games for kids on the touch pad to distract as the food was being made. Parking: It's a one way parking lot, but at the time had plenty of spots. Arrived at 2-3pm.
Had a BOGO meal coupon so tried this location recently. Great meal, service was a bit slow but seemed like they were short-staffed on servers even though the restaurant was under half full. Usual RR atmosphere, great food as usual. Will be returning!Food: 5/5
When this location first opened I loved it & the service was great! Recently I've had some issues with my orders being wrong, including one that was substituted for a vegetarian but we still got meat instead. I've also noticed smaller portion sizes on their fries to-go & it just seems like less comes on their burgers, toppings-wise. I've never had any issues with employees or anything, just sad it seems like it has changed a lot since opening. Probably won't be frequenting very often anymore. Vegetarian options: They have customizable options for making the protein into a veggie burger. Kid-friendliness: Good food options for children. Dietary restrictions: Lots of customizable options.
