Quite good, everything we got was tasty and reasonably priced, though nothing was particularly mind blowing or unique. My only real complaint is that the pictures on the menu board are only vaguely representative of what they actually serve you. I’m not sure where the pictures come from, but they’re clearly stock photos, rather than photos of their actual menu items.
So, ordered 3 different dishes, and instead got three of the same. Upon calling them for it and asking for how to resolve the situation and if the original order could be fulfilled, got refunded for one dish which was fine; credit where due, but was also told that we were now getting "more" gyros/food for the same price. We said we'd rather be refunded our money and were willing to return the food and it be replaced with the correct order. Was told by the person taking the call that he was unable to do anything and that we could not speak to his manager, and that he could do nothing to resolve the situation. He also suggested that we could drive to the store to pick up the order that was missed. Upon reaching an impasse, where we were unable, though willing, to send the food back and get refunded, we told the person we would have to report this situation to the concerned authorities. We were hung up on and were told "yeah go ahead, call the authorities." One thing - there was hair in one of the food boxes. We are not ones to complain, but are appalled at the poor customer service and the rudeness of the person taking the call. Had to take the situation to the delivery vendor, Grubhub. We are sorry if this hurts the business, but we also believe paying customers need to know. Incident date: November 8, 2020 Edit: 11/18/2020 - Response to Owner's comment Dear Store Owner, You have my sympathies in regard to getting the order incorrect. I know mistakes happen and that is absolutely fine! I am definitely not one to complain, especially given that I have worked in the restaurant/food industry previously for a bit myself and understand the pressures. However, the one uncompromisable thing about the service industry is good customer service/orientation, which I and my friend, who ordered the food and both spoke to the person taking the call that day, did not receive. As I stated in my original review, I wished to either a receive the correct order as a replacement without any refund and return untouched the wrong order that was sent or b receive a refund and ALSO return the food untouched. So, to clarify what you’ve stated and seem to have insinuated in your response, we absolutely were not expecting free food. We most certainly would have overlooked everything, including the issue of hair in the food I have had that a few times before, but never complained!. I only wish the person on the call had handled it better. We asked him for alternatives, and all we got in return was “I cannot do anything” and unmitigated rudeness. I admit I did not know that you are unable to refund and thank you for clarifying that. We did approach the food delivery company Grubhub afterwards as we were very upset at being talked down to. We were flat out told “I cannot do anything;” and “you can come pick up correct the order yourself.” For the second option, these are Covid-19 times and driving over to pick up the order would have run counter to the notion of getting food delivered to avoid travel and contact. I shall definitely try to stop by your store sometime perhaps to clear the air. I shall leave the review as it is though. I firmly believe the paying customer needs to know; both bouquets and brickbats are earned.

This is a wonderful local gyro place. The owner takes great pride in his business and values his customers. My wife and I ate there for the first time today. The place was clean and inviting but, admittedly, not fancy. The food was terrific. The lamb was well spiced flavorful and the choice of toppings for the gyros was impressive. We had a very nice chat with the owner Ali. He takes his business very seriously and is constantly looking for ways to improve the menu and service.
I work in the food industry and I appreciate how clean this store is along with the freshness of their products. I get the Chicken Over Rice every time. The flavor profile is incredible. Gourmet flavor in a white Styrofoam container. Staff is very friendly too. I highly recommend.
I eat gyros quite often and in fact I have had gyros from three different places in St. Cloud today. I had New York gyro, Arby’s, and now gyro express and by far hands down the best one was gyro express. Also their drinks are unbeatable. I like watermelon drinks but am very picky with them and their watermelon juice is made with actual watermelon and has pulp and tastes amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone that know what a real gyro tastes like and is willing to be full from a well priced meal. Unbeatable prices, drinks, and food. Also the owner is so nice and respectful which is hard to find in St. Cloud nowadays. Much respect for this place and am happy I went here.

I am so excited to be here. The food was awesome and the customer service was behind. great. I will definitely return to this place. I order rice with chicken and the flavors was great.
Amazing local restaurant! They have great food that’s very reasonably priced. The service is great and fast, and they use several delivery services. New looking, modern restaurant too. I’m pretty sure it’s locally owned too! They have gyros, kebabs, and even some normal American food. This is a great place if you’re looking for a quick bite.
One of my favorite places to eat in St. Cloud. The chicken and rice is amazing. Sambosa's taste homemade and their sauce's are good. Can't go wrong with their gyros, youth fries, kebabs, or philly cheesesteak. Couldn't help but notice that it has poor reviews on yelp, that may be in large part to the local delivery services. There has been a time or two where they have ran out of chicken when I've stopped after work after 10:00pm, so if you are placing an order it would maybe be worth a call to make sure they have it. I've gotten food here many times and I have yet to be disappointed.
