Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a RAWWWW spicy chicken sandwich. Looks like it was placed on the grill on high for 10 seconds and made the outside look cooked. Inside it was FULLY RAW. And the phone number listed doesn’t even ring when you call.
The wait line is ridiculous. I ordered beforehand to avoid a long wait and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru... I would've gone elsewhere had I known this would be the total opposite of "fast food". Then after going through, I realize they not only gave cold stake fries but that they forgot part to pack one of the sandwiches ordered so I had to get back in line and go through again. The gentleman working was very apologetic and made a new sandwich right away. They handled the situation the best way they could but unfortunately, due to the crazy wait, I won't be returning.
I am a fan of Burger King's hamburgers just like it. But this place needs to remodel. Serving areas should be sparkling clean, my visit there was kind of sad seen how bad it looks is . Those signs should be presentable or removed and put new ones. They need to speed up the express line definitely need more people. This place is in a perfect transit for travelers. This area has new buildings communities and expensive ones, so this place should put heads up to remodel for us Burger King lovers.
So my husband an I stopped here to feed our family of 9. Went through drive through and was told they unable to fulfill our order. When we got to the window the punk teenager taking the orders and there was not enough meat to cook. It was 5:40pm on a Friday?? If they didn't have enough food then why are they open? Would not stop here if you have more than 1 person to order for.
What a sad Burger King! Let me say the night crew totally forgot to clean floor, tables, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen gadgets were filthy, filthy, filthy on top. They were full of grease, dust and some kind of debris. Soda machine did not had ice and only like 3 flavors. The water out of the machine had a strong tap water flavor that made the soda tastes awfull. If I was a manager or district manager at this location there would e some new employees at night and probably new shift supervisors. What a shame! One positive thing about it was customer service, the lady was very nice!
This is not the first time I come to this place for a burger an the employee tells me he is the only one at the store on a Saturday night and that he didn't have hamburger meet available only chicken. This is so wrong in so many ways and levels that is not even funny. Firts of all, I don't blame the employee I blame the owner of the franchise in St. Cloud and the management because they should know better and have at least 2 employees working at a time it will be more productive and safer for the employees in the store specially when they are teenagers. Number two only this place have more availability with chicken than burgers THIS IS RIDICULOUS if I want to eat chicken my common sense will tells me to go to a place that specialized in chicken not beef. Only at Burger King you find more chicken sandwiches than burgers...‍ I think this place needs a new owner or at least a new administration because what it has right now is a complete chaos.
I would give this place negative stars if I could. Who ever heard of a drive thru line taking almost 30 minutes!?! I could have gone to a local dine in restaurant and had food served before we were even able to move one car length. The staff seemed unphased by the car in front of me honking or others getting our or their cars. We won't ever be stopping here again.
Honestly it is not worth to waste your time here. Every single time I ordered from here my order came wrong, not once or twice, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I learned my lesson, will not be eating at this location again, if the staff can't be bothered to even read an order properly I shudder to think how they even prepare it.Food: 2/5
I am a delivery driver and this was my second time to this Burger King. First, the restaurant is closed so everything is picked at the drive-thru window. It takes 25 minutes or more the first time I waited about 45 minutes just to get to the window when you realize they haven't started on the order. There is one person that appears to be the only one working, Ian. Everyone else is either singing, stating they will not be working, complaining or just walking around. I would NEVER come for my own meal and will most likely be refusing orders from this particular location.
MAJOR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MANAGEMENT. Do not eat at this location. Staff doesn't care about anything. Food is disgusting. Waited 20 minutes while they worked on our order, just to find out they lost our ticket.. We were the only ones in the building.. We waited an additional 15 minutes after that, just for a whopper and a crispy chicken sandwich, THEN they tell us that they are out of the crispy chicken sandwich.. At that point, I paid for a "hard as a rock" jr. chicken sandwich instead, and left.. Will NOT ever be back here. Trash. Staff was joking and goofing around.
