Very disappointed. My friend and I went here for lunch on 1/3/22 at 11am. We were the only two people there and the restaurant was filthy. Ketchup on the counter, every table was dirty, and the floors were as well. Food was meh. I won't be returning.
Immediately reminded of Chipotle walking through the door. It must have been a busy lunch because there was one clean table left and some areas that needed attention not the bathroom. There is a decent variety of ways to eat meat, and for those who don't do meat well, don't. The steak sandwich was pretty good, not sure if it's $9 good, but it wasn't bad.
Great food! Love the cheese fries and sausage Philly. Got 2 Philly's and a small order of fries and they gave us 9 plastic forks and 20+ napkins without us asking for any. Not sure why lol
Ive been to Pepperjax a few times, employees are always so kind and knowledgeable. I tried the loaded nachos today, they were AMAZING!! I encourage you to try Pepperjax, it was an all around wonderful dining experience!! Hint: join their e-club and get a free entree for your birthday!! Thanks so much to the wonderful employees at Pepperjax, for literally making my day!!
Ronnieprobably misspelled the manager was great. If I was a mystery shopper she would pass the test. I flew in from out of town and grabbed a quick bite at PepperJax and got chips and dip. I am gluten intolerant and I thought that the dip might have flour added. I called in real quick to check and Ronnie followed up with her GM to verify and promptly called me back. This seemed like an above and beyond effort to me that is rarely seen in these types of establishments. A+
Absolutely delicious! This is a great place to eat. The establishment is very clean, the staff and manager are super friendly and hospitable. A top notch experience!
We stopped at the Pepperjacks in St. Cloud on Saturday, 1/15/22. There was only one other person eating in the restaurant. The two employees working were very polite. The entire place was absolutely filthy! Every table was dirty, the food prep area was littered with food and debris on floors and counters. The floor was sticky and obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The entryway glass was very dirty. Being so slow, you would think the employees would have the place spotless. The men’s room was very dirty and the toilet would not flush. There is clearly a lack of care by the manager.
I loved the food and the fact that it is prepared right in front of you. I had the rice bowl with steak, it was delicious. I wish however the business was more eco friendly. We ate in and were given a plastic bowl and cover when a cardboard or paper option would have worked just as well. When we went to throw it away there was no place to recycle the plastic. This was disappointing - owners, please consider more environmentally friendly options !
Sadly this place has gone down hill since my first visit....the food still tastes good but the staff are a bit questionable in cleanliness/hygiene and customer service, which makes me wonder on the proper handling and preparation of food/ingredients. The tables were a mess.....they no longer have trays to carry your food if dining in! Like what? So disappointed as I LOVED this place. Reviewed for St. Cloud location specifically as I've never been to another location.
Ordered through door dash. When I received my order my burrito was all sorts of wrong the only thing in it was steak and beans. It was not fireballed like i asked there was no lettuce sour cream spicy ranch or hot salsa. Called door dash and the restaurant neither wanted to help me at all. Give this place 2 thumbs way down. Do not get food from this place
