It was Saturday, 5pm, and the restaurant was packed. Very busy. The order was taken quickly however it took more than an hour for the food to arrive. The waitress was kind enough to provide sweet potato fries towards the end of the hour. The burger was good and so the sweet potatoes however when the food arrives so late I don’t think the customer thinks anything good about the food and just wants to finish it and get going at the earliest.: it was 7pm by the time I left. In addition after a long day at Deception pass I requested if I could get my phone charged which was denied citing accountability issues due to being busy which is very understandable. Food okay! Service was late.
Stopped by for a quick bite during the lunch rush. The wait was around 5 minutes to be seated, the bar was open seating. Everything came out as ordered, the fries were hot/fresh! Service was friendly and efficient.
The new scorpion burger is delicious, it is not as hot as it sounds but tasty nevertheless. The cookies and cream shake is amazing as ever and the portion is huge, we split one amongst the two of us and still got a big glass each.
They were super busy but still managed to get our meal to us in a timely fashion. Only bummer was a member of our party was celebrating their birthday and we told the server hoping to get sung to but it didn't happen
We have come here often. Lately the restaurant is so COLD inside. This is not the firs time the indoor temperature has been an issue. When you have to eat with your cost in because it’s so cold it makes for an unpleasant experience. My husband is cold as well. It’s freezing literally inside z
1 star is generous. I never take time to leave a review but my experience tonight has caused me to take time to do so. Against my better judgment we decided to meet some friends for dinner here. Once finally seated we ordered our drinks and food. An hour and 40 min later our food comes out after others who were sat after us. At this point the children are beyond over sitting there. Food comes out cold and buns rock hard, we decided to box it up and leave. The manager offered a 20% discount, I appreciate the offer. However this problem runs deeper than a 20% discount. Management/ownership needs to re-evaluate how they staff this restaurant, very obvious the kitchen and wait staff is overwhelmed. I appreciate the manager and waitress attempting to make this right however we will not be returning.
We stopped in before Christmas to have lunch and we were seated in a timely manner. We ordered our lunch it also came fairly quick but when we had to ask for napkins and utensils the waitress came back with only a knife and said will this do? Really...told us they had none clean, also other tables were asking some same things and people shaking their heads at what was happening. The food was great as always but not sure what was happening that day, hope it was just a one-off. Parking: Lots of parking.
Food was very good. Service was ok.... When you could get a servers attention. It wasn't real busy, but everybody was seated into one section, so it felted congested and noisy. Fries were so so. Overall, good hot food and reasonable service..Food: 4/5
If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to this establishment. I came here for my sons 3rd birthday, and was very disappointed. We had to ask 3 times, 2 separate people for a refill of a beverage, over a span of maybe 15 minutes. We had to ask 3 separate people for napkins in order to eat our food, to the point my husband walked to the bar to get napkins so we could eat. The Diet Coke didn’t taste right, the Dr Pepper tasted like water, the food was cold and mushy. I took two bites of my food, that’s it. Not once did my server inquire about how the meal was going, nor comment on the fact I didn’t really touch my food. When it came time to pay, the server asked if we were separating the bill, and we said it didn’t matter, it could be 1 bill. Then came back, and my aunt mentioned the kiosk wasn’t working and the server snapped at her and said “well yeah, because I’m in the bill, I don’t know how you wanted it separated” and when we tried to explain it was all 1 bill he cut us off, and said “how are we splitting the bill.” He also never asked if we wanted to take home any food. 10/10 would not recommend this place at all. Spending what I did was definitely not worth it.
I have been coming to Red Robin for many years and both me and my kids used to enjoy the visits. That’s gone. Since COVID and online ordering, the orders are perpetually late, the staff seems confused if you ask when your order will be ready, and half the time the food is cold and stale. Very sad! Vegetarian options: The veggie options are ok.
