Food is good but they aren't clean.. They don't clean tables after the customers eat and leave the table . I asked the guy for hand sanitizer he said the bathroom is open go wash your hands.. Like really

I've been to this location three times and sad to say no more. The burgers and fries are great, and the service is fine but the cleanliness of the tables is worse every time I went. And the last time today, the bathroom was filthy with a clogged you-know-what. Five stars for the food but down to two because of lack of cleanliness. Oh, and it may bother some and not others but the bare wall style makes for a very noisy atmosphere. Yes, it's just a burger joint but not pleasant to sit and eat when it's busy.

Service was good and fast but the mushroom poutine that I ordered was way too salty so it gets difficult to finish after a few bites. My tip? Drink lots of water!

Ordered on skip. The 6 oz hero burger was put together well. Fries were good, even for delivery. Burger tasted very good, cooked perfect, fresh toppings. Chicken pieces were very good as well. Ketchup packs were fun. Just like I was in the store. Will be back!

I always look forward to coming home to Burlington during the holidays because I live in Nova Scotia and we don't have Hero burger. The food is always phenomenal. It's fresh and delicious. The burgers are consistently juicy and tender. Would highly recommend. The customer service leaves something to be desired, however I've definitely seen much worse.

First visit to this specific location. Order talking was quick and efficient. There were a but 3 orders ahead of me. Waited almost 20 mins to get 2 burgers. Not good. Took the food home. The burger tasted like rubber. Fries and shake we're good. Didn't expect the burger to be this bad. Never had this experience from other locations. They didn't seem to have enough staff. Saw finished food sitting there for 2-5 mins waiting for the order taker to bag it and give it out. They need more staff hopefully who can cook good burgers.

Unfortunately, not the best. I had the signature burger, the meat looks grey and didn't taste too good. But my brother had the spicy jalapeno crispy chicken which was good! They just need to work on the beef pattie! If the ever change it up, I'm willing to try it again! Good luck!

Good burgers in a busy plaza. When it's not too busy, you're likely to get table service that is, your tray is walked out to where you're sitting after you've paid and waited. Not exactly overflowing with enthusiasm and friendliness, but tasty.

Burgers were great quality. The beef was fresh and I love how it was totally customizable meaning everyone got exactly what they wanted. It was a little over priced but you get what you pay for. Also, if you need water go to Dollarama across the street and avoid shelling out $2.50 for a small bottle. Furthermore, don't get the fries. Too much money for what it is and the taste is lack luster. I would recommend this establishment to a friend. 8/10

This place has gone downhill over the past year. Today my wife ordered 2 burgers and fries at 8pm. She received her order at 835, i understand that they cook things "fresh" but this is unreasonable. When she brought the food home the fries were soggy, the burger was cold and dry and the gravy was congealed. I will not be going back, the service and the product were terrible, i wish i took photos of the food before I threw it out.
