I hadn't had Wendy's in a long time and found one on Burlington. It was a gem. I always liked Wendy's burger and Dave's Double did not disappoint. Upgraded to large strawberry lemonade and baconator fries! Divine. But why 5 stars? SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! The gentleman greeted me and even took time to explain the menu to me. Something little like that is gold. Check out the seating and the cleanliness of this place! Features: Plenty of space and very clean. Masks optional but staffs wear masks.
I love Wendy's. Everything is usually pretty good and fresh. And they do such a nice job at making my sandwiches with no bun.Recommended dishesDave's Double
Wendy's is the best amongst the fast-food providers in the US. Is it great food? No. Is it healthy? No way. But it's good, and it hits the spot when your craving some junk cooked in oil and covered in salt. This location in Burlington always has friendly and hard working staff, though I've waited some truly egregious times 30+ mins before. There was one guy working the counter, and obviously nowhere near enough people out back. However, most of the time the drive through is lightning quick, especially if you order ahead using the app - which has a pretty generous rewards program and healthy cadence of coupons.
The staff was nice. We ate inside and they were patient with us when it was time to close the dining room, although it seemed early to close the dining room around 7. The soda machine wasn't working, but they said they could fill whatever we wanted from the back.
Best fast food experience I've had in a long time. I love Wendy's breakfast and it did not disappoint. The lady at the window was awesome. She had a big smile, was super nice - like southern nice, I felt good driving away.Food: 5/5
This place seems to have issues. Been here a few times and the orders have been messed up each time. Food is cold. And there is something wrong with the soda machine. It’s a roll of the dice if your soda tastes ok or not. Staffing is an issue here so that is what is primarily contributing to the problems. If they are able to employ more people most of these issues will probably be fixed.
This Wendys never gets our orders completly right. There's always something like adding mayo where there shouldn't be, or giving us an entirely different sandwich. The food quality seems low. Out of the 4 times we've been here, it was only good once. We LOVE wendys and have traveled far and wide trying them across the country for fun and hungryness because we travel often, so we know if it's good or not... this one not so much. It's a bummer. I had some ranch from a salad ranch packet and it was SOUR.. literally the worst most bitter tasting ranch I've ever had. Ranch is a staple in most of my food, this made me never want it again. It was absolutely awful. I don't know if it had a date on it or not, but stay away from that. Gave me gross feelings about eating a burger with ranch on it so I couldn't finish it. We will definitely be back, because Wendys is usually good, but we're hoping these disappointments are temporary. And keep in mind, this happens even when they're slow. Like less than 3 cars there and still making these mistakes. Parking: Parking is fine. They like to park you and bring your order out when they're slow. But please check your food. Both times this happened we had to go right back in the store because they forgot something ‍even when it's like not busy at all.
I had the worst customer service at Wendy's. We placed a mobile order and headed to a drive-thru at 11:45 AM. A woman at a pick-up passive aggressively said that the pickup window was open at noon. Sure, I understood but did not know what to do, so I asked her what to do, and that somehow made her very upset. She rudely repeated, "we are open at noon, and you are attacking me." I did not know asking about orders is an act of attack at Wendy's. Be aware, Do not ever inquire on your order.
The food is always prepared when you order so I don't mind the wait. Food is served hot and fresh. My family loves the chilli fries, nuggets, both chicken and beef sandwiches too. I am pleased to see the addition of the fish sandwich white Alaskan pollock we also love the new orange vanilla coke flavour. Staff are very efficient. Clean eating area which is constantly being tidied by staff. Great value for your money.
Good,but they need to ask ,before thinking you want your order big or small ,not just think you want something . So if they asked the service will be a lot better I was overcharged, I wanted the small version of the meal and they gave me the big.
