You guys need to do better every time I come here my food not right or it’s too cold. Last time I went on Sunday my son fries was old and he threw up after. I use to work here and I was always told make sure the fries was fresh and I did. I don’t know who new management but y’all need to fix that. Customer service needs to be better as well! Don’t rush people while they are taking orders.
Asked for a sourdough jack with extra Swiss cheese, lettuce and onion, and got whatever this bottom photo is. They forgot our tacos, and didn’t sub one of the fries for curley fries. HUGE waste of $40.
Ordered 6 ranch in the drive through, only received 2. Had to walk in and ask for the other 4 sauce I ordered and this somehow ruined the employees night and made him angryq. He acted as if he couldn't speak English, then when I tried to speak Spanish he told me he knew what I was saying in English. He was upset cause I didn't want to pay for the sauce I'd already ordered and had paid for. I was not trying to order more things, just wanted to get the sauce I'd already ordered and should have received. I don't understand the rudeness nor will I be back. Food was old and dried out. Rediculous people. Don't recommend.
They either need to shut down this location or clear out the staffing, everytime I come here, I wait a long time and my order is usually wrong. This last time I pulled up at the drive thru, there was only 2 cars, both were already waiting for food, I quickly ordered a chicken tater melt and a Sriracha curly fry burger only. I then waited 15 to 20 minutes for my food despite it not being busy. On top of that, they made the curly fry burger upside down on the buns, and barely put on any Sriracha or fries, I literally couldn't taste the sauce. Then my other sandwich is supposed to have chicken, ranch sauce, bacon and hashbrowns on croissant buns. They not only put it upside down like the other one, but they barely put any ranch and instead of a Hasbrown they put on another chicken patty. I'm fed up with this location's inability to do what they are paid for, and other locations do it just fine. If I go back, I'm dining in and if my orders wrong again, I'm getting a refund and they are gonna hear from me at corporate. This is just unacceptable, and I'm over being nice. Seriously avoid, or make sure your orders right before leaving. It's been like this for a year now, and I usually avoid this location for that reason.
Have gone there two times one time my daughter and I got really sick right after eating the food was cold. Second time we tried to go there waited in drive through to place and order for 6 min said hello 3 time the 3rd time the lady got snobby and said give me a min so we pulled away will never bring my business there again. Waste of money.
I've been trying to stay away from all fast food joints, but if I have to go to one, it would be Jack in the Box. I love their drive-through service they always ask if I need any sauces like ketchup, etc.. If I go to any other fast food place, I have to ask, and I don't like that!Food: 5/5
Food was wrong, overcooked, and some was cold. Girl at the rive thru was picking her nose. What in the Covid!!!!! She had maroon hair. 5/1/2022
They now have a very yummy sandwich that is so good!! If you don't watch out it may become addicting!! Its a grilled chicken sandwich!! The service was equally good!! Thank you Jack-in-the-box!!
Worst order EVER! Told us they were closed until 4:30am, so we waited. Told us they were out of nearly half the menu. We compensated. The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted, the small patty looked ridiculous on my full size bun for my sourdough jack, my girlfriend's burger was no better. When every place else is closed, that's a reason to step up your game, not to slack off and do even less than the bare minimum. We will visit another establishment for our late night munchie runs.
Slowest restaurant probably withing a 250-1000 mile radius. This hole in the wall franchise fast food "bUrGeR" joint takes more time to cook 3 I'm sure pre-made egg rolls than it takes me to get a freshly made seafood dinner at a restaurant I'm sure to get somass for taking my date to. Plus I'm sure ALL the workers stay HIGH HIGH Dietary restrictions: Don't even think about it
