Red Lobster

Took an hour to get main courses after we sat down, food temperature was tepid. "Shadow" server was wonderful. Actual server and kitchen were not good. Our meals did not all come out at same time; some people didn't get their food for a while after others, and two (of 10) didn't get what they ordered. Primary server was frazzled, bills were messed up. One of our party asked for no onions in salad (allergic), but onions were in salad. When waitress was notified, she just said, "Oh, I guess your salad was served to someone else." Unacceptable. We also all had to get coats on because restaurant was so cold. Very disappointing.

Go during down hours- the food is better. Never had a good experience with the lobster, but the fish and mussels and the like are good enough. I'd of course recommend going to a local place instead, but if you want, I guess you can go here

I went on a dinner date here and it was fantastic. Our waitress was very outgoing and funny. The drinks are good. The bread was delicious! We were so full on bread that we ended up putting our main course in boxes for later. I order the shrimp trip or something similar. It was tastey.

Red Lobster in Silverdale seems to have gone down hill. Second time there and I was not impressed again. This time when we ordered our meals she totally confused the order. He got my steak 🥩 which was medium rare and I got his steak which was rare ) ; I received asparagus instead of mashed potatoes. He received a $5 bowl of potatoes with lobster which was cold, two bites in and it was cold. So he sent his plate back, after we had traded steaks, cause mine was good. He got his plate back and no potatoes with lobster. I ate alone. Then I had to wait for him to finish his dinner. $70 dinners shouldn’t be that depressing. I was greeted with, Ive been here all day and can’t wait to leave, that should’ve been my clue to turn around and walk out the door. Bad customer service and flippant attitudes should be left at the door. I gave you a star because the hostess was gracious.

Decent seafood, not the best I've ever had, but still pretty alright. Food came out pretty quick and the service was great. A little pricey, though.
