Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Napoleon was our server and hands down he made it the best experience my friends and I have ever had at Red Robin ever! Definitely coming back for more awesome service. Keep it up!

The restaurant Manager named Allen saved the dinner! Always stop here for lunch and dinner with the family of 7. This time our server was absolutely horrible. She rarely came around, paid little attention, forgot numerous things and should not be waiting tables. Complained to Allen the restaurant manager and he bent over backwards to make up for the horrible start. Allen hit it out of the park with great service and made it turn out wonderful. He saved the night and sincerely grateful for Allen and those he rallied to make the dinner turn out great.

I normally have rave reviews for Red Robin, but this visit was a bit off of our normal visits. Our server was awesome and attentive despite how busy it was. The problem was the kitchen not having their act together. They got my order messed up and my wife's order was cold. It also took a long time for the order to get out. In the end though I will still continue to visit because the food is good and service is usually pretty good.

My sister and i go here twice a month. We like the food and the server. She is our friend now because we have been doing this for about 5 years now, maybe more.

Workers have always been friendly. Had one experience where the wrong meal was brought to me but the waitress working that night made sure to get it fixed and brought out the correct order as soon as she could. Sweet potato fries are delicious. Also recommend the donuts with the chocolate and berry sauce, though they can sometimes be a bit oily.
