Reviews

Being a chain, their ingredients could be better quality. The employees are quick to respond, polite and honest. The facility is clean and they have at least four different seating areas, at least two of those can be private for a group, celebration or business meeting. There is a small arcade corner for the grade school age kids. Overall it's a decent place and we enjoy stopping in a couple times a year.

First time and I'm not impessed. Ordered half and half and got whole pizza covered in toppings. Crust is rubbery and very chewy. Sauce was salty but delicious. Toppings were heated but not crispy. Pizza seemed to have sat for a few minutes before being served. Not terrible but definitely not worth the $25 carryout for pizza and sticks. Maybe next time dining in is a better option.

Do not order this place for delivery. I'm new to the area, tried round table for the first time. They forgot my 14 dollar salad. They brought it back and said they would bring a coupon with. Didn't get the coupon. Food was decent,  it's hard to good any good delivery in this area, so I tried again. They forgot part of my order again the second time, and all I got was a sorry when I called to complain. I will never have round table again. Especially considering the prices, I can get this quality of food with better delivery service from dominos
Update: manager just called me back and offered a free pizza coupon. The manager was very courteous and apologetic for the mistake.

I went in on a Saturday night around dinner time and they were packed. I waited about 30 minutes for my pizza, but i really didn't mind. The staff was wonderful! It was clear that they were very busy, but they took the time to be kind and made me feel welcome. They even provided a water cup for my wait which i reallg appreciated. This is a hard working, curtious crew and i'll definitely be back.

Delivery service is a joke! And customer service suck! I got a call telling me my order was gonna take 1 hr which I understood. Hour and a half later I still hadn't gotten my order. No courtesy call to notify that my order was actually going to take 2 hours because a driver had to leave. Every time I stride to call there was a busy call tone. Person who finally answered my call sounded lost. Didn't really know what was going.
