Red Lobster

Food was good. Typical red lobster taste. Was hot and tasted as expected. No complaints on meal or server. My complaint is they would not allow my wife and I to eat in the restaurant area . This is the second time this has happened. I was told they only had one server working. I asked to be seated in restaurant but was denied. We dined in the bar and listened to loud trash music. Although I liked the food we will eat someplace else in the future.

The food was delicious as always! We do a family girls night every year for the Never Ending Shrimp and these ladies do not disappoint! I eat the Alfredo, cause I'm weird like that! Our server Deb was absolutely amazing! This is not our first rodeo with her and we are always so happy when we get her! She's on top of it and had those next orders in before they were even placed! She's truly amazing!

Oh my! I had a wonderful time today after church. There was no wait time. My waitress was pleasant and the food was fresh and delicious . As you can tell I cleaned my plate.

Ummm, felt like me and little brother were given sub par service because we are younger. We came in and ordered after 6-8 mins of waiting “which isn’t bad”, had the biscuits brought to the table but were gone far before food was out. We were never asked how our food was, not a single time during or after. Not sure on rules of plate clearing/ glasses but our empty glass were on table from smoothies for 45 mins after we finished them until after we paid, which my brother asked her directly to remove. “He is 16, asked very kindly” We tried getting her attention but raising hand, she saw hand but didn’t come for over 10 mins. Just feel like the service/ experience/ specialness of coming here has gone down hill, they used to ask what are you celebrating or something along those lines. Now she didn’t do any small talk which is more than cool with us but also didn’t care to ask how our food was or check in and see if we needed anything. This would have been a one star but at the end, btw I got unlimited shrimp and brother got ultimate feast, I asked for one more round of shrimp of garlic and scampi and without asking she brought double which I did appreciate. But still felt very ignored the whole time.

We were seated in the bar. Had great service. Wed. Night is sirloin and lobster Tail special. Worth it. It was also Feb 1st so margaritas were $5. Get the chocolate cake!Food: 4/5

Amazing seafood like always! It seems like they've raised their prices in the last year, but maybe not... service was just ok. It was during closing time so we didn't get too upset about the energy level or the check-in/followup times.

Quick Anniversary lunch. Our server was phenomenal. We were in a bit of a hurry had to get the kids off the bus but wanted to get a quick lunch date for the anniversary in. I had the Baha shrimp bowl. It was amazing. Our server was on top of everything. Thank you for making my afternoon great!!

I stopped in there to get a cod dinner the cod with small and you as you see in the picture half of it is so gummy you can’t even eat it coleslaw you only got a half a thing of coleslaw and it’s dry no sauce whatsoever in it the only thing that was good was the baked potato and that was a baby one that red lobster is completely going downhill. I will not waste my money anymore going there. To think they charged all that money for food that you can’t hardly eat I could’ve went to culverts and got three nice flaky pieces of cod was a waste of time and money.

Always delicious, but this Monday was Endless Shrimp! I love their coconut shrimp and grilled skewers. There's also scampi or breaded & fried shrimp. Shrimp lover paradise. My bride had salmon and said it was very, very good.

Went today after the lunch rush. The food was great. Service was as to be expected with the shortage of service industry people. The staff was friendly. I’ve missed going to this particular Red Lobster so it was nice to be there. The menu was limited with only snow crabs if you want Crabs. The rest was great! Fast forward to a month or so later. I was craving their wonderful mussels so drove a good distance to have them. Got there right at 11 when it wasn’t busy. I was by myself and the waitress came without delay. I ordered the mussels and told her I was craving them and that would probably be all I get. And a tea their appetizers aren’t cheap and my check was still close to $20. My server seemed to all but ignore me. Stop to take my order, stop to bring my order, stop to say are your mussels okay and drop the check. No personality and she wasn’t really busy. About 10 of my mussels weren’t even open. Usually that means they aren’t cooked all the way as they pop open when they are done. Thus I didn’t eat 1/4 of my order. My toast that goes with the mussels was hard as a rock! Seemed like it was from the day before. I felt like I was an inconvenience for only ordering an appetizer. Didn’t even feel comfortable asking for a to go bin for my little biscuits. This isn’t my usual visit to Red Lobster. My message to the server is: just because someone orders an appetizer for lunch doesn’t mean they won’t tip you well. In fact when I order a small meal I usually tip 40-50% just because I know I am taking up a table. I still tipped you over 20%, well just because. My tip to Red Lobster is consistency. They are usually great. Yesterday you weren’t.
