Red Brick Cafe

I really enjoy this place and their iced coffees! Prices are very reasonable and the cafe is very cozy, great for studying or hanging out with friends and there are games/books available to use. Staff are always friendly. I’ll have to try the food sometime. :

Today I visited your café with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The service was not adequate, and the customer service left a lot to be desired.nnI understand that everyone can have difficult days, but as a customer, you still expect to be treated with respect and to have a pleasant experience. In my case, that was not what I received, and I did not feel well attended.nnI hope you can take this feedback as an opportunity to improve, as the place has potential, but there are definitely important areas that need attention.nnThank you.

While waiting for my mom who's visiting Guelph, I decided to check out a nearby coffee shop—it was my first time here, and I’m so glad I stopped by. I came in on a Friday morning and ordered a caramel latte with a simple bagel and butter. My order came out in less than 10 minutes, and everything was delicious.nnThe staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, and you can tell this is a local favorite—the way they chatted with regulars made the place feel warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a quiet morning.nnOne small suggestion would be to add hooks under the tables for bags or coats. Other than that, it’s a solid spot and definitely worth checking out if you’re in Guelph!

We went to the Red Brick Café on Thanksgiving Monday! We were appreciative that their online hours were up to date and they were open on a holiday.nnWe had the breakfast wrap and breakfast sandwich and both were great.nnThe cafe is a lot bigger than it looks when you first walk in. It had a wide variety of people there as well which was nice. It was a nice day and there were even people sitting outside on the patio.

Such a lovely cafe! They were super friendly, and our drinks were amazing. The patio setup is very cute and cozy. Definitely a must visit if you're into tea or coffee and passing through Guelph!
