Red Arrow - Calgary North Ticket Office

This is to commend & say special thanks to the driver and his assistant who drove from Ottawa Train station to Montreal. Them along with clean and comfortable service are the reason that myself and family will have Red Arrow as number once Choice to travel by a bus. Great customer sercide and value on board for the dollar you pay. Comfy seating, good legroom, cleam bus with good smell and complimentary snack and drink om board and more to buy.nNo Office or page for Ottawa so I did the review here as the Kind and proud driver ex military mentioned Calgary office.

The staff at this location are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! This ticket office has adequate seating and a restroom, it’s very clean inside also. My first trip with red arrow was a great experience definitely worth the extra cost vs other services. The seats are comfortable and the amenities make the trip easier. The seats on the left are the best option for max legroom and comfort, it’s worth the extra $$. The wifi in the bus is nothing amazing but get the job done.

Excellent customer service. Yinka helped with getting my elderly friends bags on the bus & making sure the bus driver helped him out at his stop. Very clean location also. It looked immaculate already when we got there & a little while later they were cleaning everything again. Very impressed with the level this office is run at. Thank you Red Arrow

This was the first time I used a bus since Greyhound died. I was very happy with the experience. The free wifi and outlets to charge your devices made this one of the easiest roadtrips by bus. Will definitely book with then again.

The man at the ticket office was so kind to me. My apologies that I can't remember his name, but he made me a coffee because the coffee machine wasn't working properly.nIt was an 8:20a. trip, and I was so tired that I really appreciated the caffeine!nHe deserves a bonus!!
