Red Arrow - Calgary North Ticket Office

The staff at this location are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! This ticket office has adequate seating and a restroom, it’s very clean inside also. My first trip with red arrow was a great experience definitely worth the extra cost vs other services. The seats are comfortable and the amenities make the trip easier. The seats on the left are the best option for max legroom and comfort, it’s worth the extra $$. The wifi in the bus is nothing amazing but get the job done.

Overall this was a great way to travel. The seats were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, a good variety of complimentary snacks and the price for their tickets are fair. I will definitely ride with Red Arrow again!

Excellent service at the ticket office ... fast and efficient!!! Once we were on our way though a young man kept going back and forth and into the washroom. I was quite concerned about it. The older lady that was sitting in the same area was also very concerned. I was so happy to reach our destination. Red Arrow is a great way to travel!!!

Ive never had a problem with the customer service until today. I called about my account because I wanted to check if I really did use a prepaid ticket, and the manager and customer service rep started gaslighting me! I know what I said during my previous calls, yet they wouldn't listen and tried to convince me that I said something completely different. They said it was all in the recordings, but if they had actually bothered to listen, they would've realized that they misunderstood me and I said nothing of the sort! There is no point in recording conversations if you're not going to listen to them properly! It was so frustrating and in the end, my problem was brushed off. I am 99.9% sure that I did not use two of my passes before 2021 and it's a shame that the system changed so there is no way to check.

The person working there allowed herself to pick my coat up from the seat next to mine, to see if i was hiding things under like i'm dishonnest, and drop my glasses in the process, but i guess it's ok because she said "it's fine"... I'm fed up with Red Arrow, between the schedule barely ever respected and now the staff, it's now just as bad as Ebus!

Sit back and relax.. don't worry about traffic..weather..you are in capable hands. Comfortable, clean, snacks/beverages, smooth ride. Only area for improvement..please show relatively recent, family rated movies.

Easy to get to. Different options for those in a pinch for cost. Red Arrow is well worth the price hike difference from ebus. Buses are clean and you can pick your own seat for a cost.

Cute little stop with some seating, parking and a vending machine :- But it doesn't have a public transit connection, which is a bit odd for a bus station....
