Red Arrow - Calgary Downtown Ticket Office

I was planning on taking a flight, but last minute decided to book a bus trip with red arrow instead, and I'm so glad I did. They were punctual, the service on point, buses clean, very well maintained and comfortable. Organised during onboarding and at the rest stop, I definitely see myself travelling with Red Arrow again.

A few months ago I was at the Calgary Comic Book Expo show, and then had to get ready to head back to Red Deer that time as well. Since my weekend stay was complete, and it was time for me to go home. So thank god for Red Arrow Bus services to get me to my destination safe and sound. The service was good, the driver was spot on awesome. And not to mention the cookies are good to be on stand by in case we get hungry. And the bathroom is spot on clean and good for when nature calls. So in the near future I will be a costumer to the Red Arrow when it comes to time to travel to Calgary. Or in this case, Edmonton for anything fun to explore. So thank you again Red Arrow ^^

Bus was clean, comfortable and efficient. Had to take the bus, as a last minute plan. Customer service over the phone was exceptional. They were able to get me disabled, my attendant and my service dog on with no issues. I will recommend Red Arrow to anyone. Thank you Marcel!

Impressive little bus station. Very clean frequently sanitized, friendly staff, good wifi, quiet. I had to take some work calls before getting my bus to Edmonton and took them here, was happy I did.

Suitable. Staff was very kurdt and seemed to not want to deal with my unfamiliarity with their schedule and the ambiguity in which the driver left me over a muffled message. I miss greyhound, when I deal with red arrow. I dont think the free pop and cookies is worth the 60$ higher ticket price, in the nineties...at least my ticket was only twenty dollars more than the 60 dollars more than greyhound was when it closed. There has to be some sort of alternative,if there isn't already.

Fair prices. Online prices are better though. Closes early but still uses as a bus stop so make sure you have you ride ready unless you wanna wait in the cold.

We went to this place to take the On-It transit bus to Banff, and the service was exactly as described. The bus was on time, on departure from Calgary and from Banff the same evening, we didn't struggle to find two seats next to each other and the drivers were good and polite. Nothing much to say, but there isn't much more to ask from them, so 5/5.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom was clean and fairly nice. The location is convenient.

Service was Great got the seat she wanted in front of bus Driver was charming and very helpfully as was all the staff and bus kept schedule the hole way. First time bus ride for our neise and I would recomend Red Arrow above and beyond. They all did a Bang Up Job. Warren Sloan
