Every experience I've ever had with Greyhound has been grossly sub-optimal. Want to talk to someone regarding your ticket? Too bad, you get an awful automated system that doesn't help with anything. Want to refund your ticket for a trip that's already passed, which should be something that they can do without needing to see the ticket? Too bad, you need to all the way to one of their incredibly inconvenient location, or mail the ticket in. My trip was cancelled because of a highway closure. You must have a record of that (unless you're entirely incompetent). Why would you need to see my ticket for a route that was cancelled? It can't be used again anyway. Just another excuse to make it harder for people to get good customer service. It's a shame they've pretty much monopolized long-distance bus routes, because they're terrible. Someone with half a brain needs to start a new company to knock these idiots down a peg. If you need to use them, you need to use them. Expect awful customer service though, and a generally terrible experience. Except the drivers. I've never had a bad driver. Hats off to them for putting up with belligerent customers and for working for an awful company, and still being professional.

Don't mistake the rating for my views on the actual travel services greyhound provides (that's a 1 star), but this terminal is a very good terminal. Lots of parking, clean bathrooms, easy to get too even though it's downtown. Great set up

This is a bussy bus terminal and no extra bells and whistles should be expected here. Still this is a safe place, CLEAN and user friendly. The restaurant on the ground level is a typical BIG bus terminal anywhere and if you want an emergency fix go otherwise wait to see and taste what Calgary has to offer. Welcome to Calgary!

The worst bus company in Canada. Always departs and arrives late. Took it twice and no more. In Calgary, they don't leave from the airport, you have to go downtown by bus or taxi, have your printed ticket ready (not on you phone, email, QR code or confirmation number, only PAPER! Even Thailand's bus system is more upgraded..), you are supposed to be at the station 1 hour prior to arrival and then they tell you that your bus is gonna be 2.5 hours late. Just like that. Suck it up. IT'S BETTER TO TAKE A TAXI OR SHUTTLE THAN GREYHOUND. It's the most unreliable bus company and when at the station, you feel like you are somewhere in Ukraine, not Canada. Very unsafe, no or low quality facilities.

I use greyhound for my two boys 9 and 10, they usually get me discount prices since im a regular customer. Just wish they had a system in place to remember customers info for future trips. So much better servive than red arrow
