Waste of money. Departure times don't match what's listed on the site. Was on site before listed departure time and Bus no where to be seen. Call customer service and they couldn't care less to try and help you figure out any sort of solution to try and help out in anyway.

absolute worst bus service I have ever experienced. the bus itself was extremely dirty and smelled so bad that it was almost unbearable, yes it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. the driver was excessively speeding and scaring me, passing other vehicles on the road in a completely unsafe manner. swerving into lanes in order to pass people. I was able, from the back of the bumpy bus in the dark, to read the licence plate of the car in front of us, we were THAT close to the car ahead of us. and speeding. i’ve never seen anyone drive so recklessly and it was absolutely terrifying that this driver was ok with driving that fast when his whole job is to transport people SAFELY. on top of that, the bus showed up 20 minutes late and i got to my stop over an hour late. Unreliable, Unsafe, Unclean.
