Super efficient and economic to travel from Calgary to Edmonton. Driver was nice. They were super helpful at the terminal.

Inexpensive way to take the bus and much more direct than Greyhound. Seats are very uncomfortable and it seems they need to get their drivers trained more consistently. Had many normal bus drivers but the last time we one very aggressive and rude one (older lady with white hair) who yelled at people the whole time and wouldn’t even let them get their luggage from the overhead compartments while on the highway, which has NEVER been an issue before. She definitely seems on a power trip and needs to relax a little bit. I hope the company has a chat with her about her behaviour because she made the entire trip very tense and didn’t give riders a very nice impression of your service.

I am not happy with the service. The bus lady driver (Edmonton to Calgary route on the 12 January 2018 night) would not give my bags at the stop apparently it was placed in the wrong section. I had to go all the way to the downtown ticket office ended up missing a very important commitment. This operator went against their motto of being flexible. She was not understanding very very rude. Forgot that I am paying for service. They do not appreciate business.

Never take a ride with the female driver (white hair). She's strict with luggage and we had to waste 15 extra minutes just so ALL the luggage goes underneath the bus or on the overhead. Non of the male drivers do this, which is great. She's extremely disrespectful and will intrupt you as you are explaining your situation. The whole bus ride was very tense. She even told a customer to put away his laptop because it was big. Like really, what was going to happen?? Make sure to call ebus to find out the name of the driver and if it sounds like a female name... don't take it. No longer taking ebus because of her. She needs to get talk to by management and get fired. I'm making sure anyone I meet who needs to travel between Edmonton and Calgary not to take ebus. I didn't pay 85 dollars just so some cranky old lady needs her power fix. I'm sending a complaint right away to HR and management. I already sent a complaint to alberta transport.

Great economical alternative to the Red Arrow bus service. Buses are quite clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Room for luggage at the bottom of the bus. I tip the driver, but they always help with luggage regardless. Seats recline. The buses have WIFI but not for streaming. I can't remember if the seats have power outlets.
