Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

We had two of their new menu items. San Francisco Stir Fry & Chicken Salad open faced sandwich. We waited over half an hour after ordering and received a cold stir fry and a sandwich containing half the ingredients listed, accompanied by dried out, tough asparagus. The waitress said she would be right back to check on how things were, but did not return until we were almost finished. I advised my meal was cold. She left and then returned to quickly drop the bill on the table and disappear.

Waiter had a great attitude . Getting out breakfast was painfully long. My toast barely browned, my wife’s over down. Undercooked eggs. Better off to go to McDonald’s. Big chains go under if customer satisfaction is lacking. This place has bad reviews. Time to change management and the cooks.... just saying. Good luck in the future

Don't know what changed since the last time we had breakfast here 6 months ago... Every single staff member had a smile and a "have a great day", the food was quire reasonably priced, arrived quickly and tasted great... We'll be back again and again. Edit: Since this review, we've made Perkins our twice-a-month breakfast joint. Consistently quality food, good prices, and the staff are just tops. Don't miss out!

We were evacuated from Joe rich last night due to the wild fire, we were given accommodations at the Ramada which was awesome. Unfortunately we got food vouchers to Perkins. We ordered breakfast and I sent my gf down to grab the food, I stayed behind in the room because we had the dogs with us. She returned with no food, the manager explained their was a 7$ charge because the voucher was only good for 10$ a piece (we didn't know the value, nor was there any mention of us owing money upon pick up). The manager was extremely rude, when she said she was unaware of the outstanding money, he quickly replied "not my problem" and walked away. If you're the manager and reading this be glad you weren't dealing with me, I'm the boyfriend and I would have shoved those eggs right up your nostrils. We have money were not poor, we would have gladly gave them the extra change. Now I will never ever eat here. Terrible customer service. VERY unprofessional. *HAVE YOU NOTICED HOW MANY ONE STAR REVIEWS THERE IS? YOU NEED TO GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME LOSERS*
