Real Canadian Superstore

This has gone downhill in quality over the past two years. I notice a decline in overall cleanliness. Pricing can be very reasonable or on the high side. Some staff are friendly and helpful while others appear to be upset if you ask for help. I wonder how much real training the staff does get. Doesn't seem as if they do. I go for the selection and because they price match. I don't consider myself a loyal customer.

Stock is well organized and in relevant locations. Good variety of both Brand name and in-house brands. Check-outs are fairly quick and the staff are efficient. However, the deli and fish section(s) close too early - usually before dinner time. This causes shopping to be focused on "other" items. Whether this is by design or not, it can be frustrating when you get a craving for a Salami sandwich or fresh fish. All in all, a good location...

A bit disappointed. I didn't know that the deli counter closes at 8pm. An hour earlier than the store closing time on Sunday. I wonder if it was noted on Google maps. Probably not. Also the bread selection seems to be spread out everywhere, except for the signed bread area. A bit confusing.

I love this store. It is expensive for some things, but i find it very easy to navigate and they have everything I need there! They have a great selection of meats and fresh fruit and veggies, as well as all the necessities for cooking! All at what I consider a reasonable price. Watch for whats on sale!

Love shopping at the superstore, it's a one stop shop, you can can get food to go, fresh fruits and vegetables, cakes and much more. There is a pharmacy in the store too. My favourite store.
