This is the second time Sugar Chalet helped me when I have been in a jam last minute! Incredible customer service and a beautiful cake and 20 cupcakes! I was in and out in 10 minutes! Bravo Sugar Chalet!!

Honestly this is the best place for cakes in the Durham Region. Friendly staff and yummy cakes and cupcakes.

Just the worst!! Waste of money for my son's birthday cake. $100 for a cake I could have made myself. It was embarrassing! This place has NO EMAIL ADDRESS and WILL NOT respond to Facebook posts. Please, if you are having an event.....don't risk it by ordering from this place. You will pick up your cake and be very disappointed. Owner is crazy rude. They act like you are BOTHERING THEM as you arrive to place an order. They close EARLY sometimes and I have driven a far distance to get there only to find them all GONE well before closing time. I cannot stress this enough - take your business elsewhere.

Ordered my daughter's last two birthday cake from them and they looked and tasted great. We ordered over the phone only describing what we wanted and it turned out great.
