Spent $150 and found a short curly piece of hair under the frosting of my red velvet cupcake. Both cake and cupcakes tasted stale. Notified management and they merely said sorry.

Service was amazing! I needed a cake that very week and they were able to accommodate me. Also, I really appreciated the hand-holding because I didn't know what I wanted. Price was a bit high, I was surprised but I've never ordered a cake before so I have no comparison. The red velvet cake was great! Not too sweet, and light. The plain chocolate cupcakes were too sweet for me. Cake & cupcakes looked perfect! Will definitely order again in the future.

The cake itself was EXCELLENT and would highly recommend. Cake was on time, but Mitchel probably should work on his phone service skills as he didn't sound too friendly but he was friendly in person. I would order again and would recommend.
